Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The location and view from our bedroom was amazing. Easy to move around in the hotel . Restaurant staff were brilliant so kind and polite nothing was too much trouble. They always had a smile and greeted us with respect. The housekeeping staff didn't see much of them due to us been out most of the time but our rooms were cleaned every day and the fridge was topped as well . Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would book again Many Thanks for looking after us

United Kingdom- The bathroom was huge but there was only a walk-in shower. The water pressure was a bit low. ! With all the stairs it may not be the most accessible hotel if you have trouble walking stairs (it was not an issue for us); there is an elevator though. If walking stairs is a challenge, then we would advise to ask for a room close to the elevator.
+ We had a great welcome: the room was ready as promised, there was space in the free parking and in our room was a personalised letter to welcome us. We got lost to our room as this is a typical quirky English hotel with small hallways, a maze-like layout and peculiar room sizes. But unlike many other hotels of this type, it is maintained to a very high standard. There is a small safe and coffee and tea making facilities with fresh milk in the fridge. The swimming pool was lovely and we were impressed with the Technogym equipment in the gym. Breakfast offers buffet and additional cooked options as well. Special mention for the staff: they were amazing! The location of the hotel is excellent with bus 22 stopping right in front of the hotel. This allows you to leave the car at the hotel and use the bus to explore the area.
