During this stay, the weather was not great and the room was a little cold, as was the shower, for my, personal, preference. When I turned on the radiator, it didn't heat up at all. It was a minor issue but heat would have been nice.

Every time I have stayed, staff have been friendly and helpful, and rooms have been very good value for money.

Around midnight there was a lot of noise from other guests. Not the owners fault Separate toilet which I knew when booking however toilet door, walls etc need cleaning, only a bar or old looking soap available, should be replaced with liquid soap such as carex, paper hand towels would also be beneficial due to the separate communal toilet.

Rooms without ensuites are an annoyance but not to bigger an issue for such a reasonably priced room, and at least the shower and sink were included!

I liked the room (I received a double but paid for a single) and it seemed nice and well equipped. I enjoyed the ease with which paying and checking In was made.

The toilet was separate to the room unlike my first time staying. The room was clean however the toilet facility which was separate wasn't cleaned as well as should off as there was dirty handprints on the door and just normal well used bar soap for the sink.

Good location, second time staying as first time was great. Good location for where I needed to be the next day. Good price.

Main road traffic noise early in morning. Only one channel on TV could be accessed. Furniture was a bit tired. Shower noisy and takes a while to warm up.

Easy to get to. Fairly quiet until the morning. Although the restaurant was shut the owner made me a meal and drink. Extra cost very reasonable.

The room was clean and comfortably furnished. Every appliance worked. The bathroom was well finished and the toiletries and towels provided were of good quality. The room was warm and airy, with plenty of cupboard and drawer space. The full length mirrored wardrobe was especially appreciated. There was a ceiling mounted fan, and a portable fan, but, unfortunately, the weather wasn't hot enough to need them! I had two meals in the restaurant during my stay, and both of them were exceptional, both in quality and taste. The service was excellent and very quick.

The staff were polite. The room was tidy. There was a TV, kettle , towels, ensuite shower . I'd certainly stay there again.
