Lovely feel about the place. Very clean and the owner had kept in touch before hand and came down to meet us at the site. Lovely hit and site an plenty to do nearby. Really enjoyed our day and would definitely return and recommend.

Annette our host was great. She answered all questions we had and gave us recommendations for local shops and walks. The location was beautiful and peaceful. The hut was very comfortable and had everything you needed for the type of stay we had. My dog was welcome too which is always a bonus! I would absolutely love to stay there again if I am ever in the area. 😊

Lovely host who waited for me to arrive - I forgot to notify them of my arrival and she waited until 8 pm. Then were super welcoming, showed me around in the dark and made sure I was settled and knew where everything was. Compost toilets outside every pod In the morning, I dropped my car keys and her husband spend ages helping me look for them - even though he had a lot to be getting on with. Lovely couple. 100% recommend staying there.

Everything was perfect....quiet...peaceful. owner did everything to make us feel like we'd been there before. We are already booking to go back. Sometimes in life you find a place that can feel like your safe place....this is now mine. Xx

Composting toilet is an interesting experience although I applaud the sentiment, as is the solar power but means you could lose lighting before you retire for the night.

Some of the cutlery and equipment were not clean for use, so we needed to wash these ourselves, not really the hosts fault, as previous occupants should leave clean for the next people.

We loved everything! Really comfortable beds in the Beehive pod, everything we could need was provided. The hot tub was heated for us for use from 5pm, we enjoyed this after eating every single delicious item in the BBQ hamper you can purchase, this was the same for the breakfast hamper. There were even smores and extra marshmallows for the children to enjoy over the firepit as the sun went down. The field is large and enclosed which kept our dog safe, she loved having the space to explore! We would highly recommend and would hope to return in future. Annette is a very polite and helpful host :)

Our stay was short but we found nothing to criticise.

Annette went out of her way to welcome us, lighting up the log-fired hot tub in advance which stayed warm without a fire from 5pm until midnight (in October) and giving us guidance on Hawick (a well-equipped sizable town) only 5 minutes drive away. The Borders' scenery is excellent and our accommodation, as well as including everything for a stay for a family of 4 also had a patio and barbecue. There is an amazing amount of furniture crammed into the building but everything, including the beds was very comfortable and clean.

Very fussy details and not to bothered but the tap was a very slow runner (I understand it’s camping though), the hot tub centre bit could do with being weighted down as whenever you moved it would be squeaky, made it not as relaxing. Road noise more than I would like again not ruined the stay though

The experience of glamping, hot tub was great. Breakfast was delivered on time for us to cook and enough provided for all the family. The beehive was very sweet and had everything you needed for a stay outdoors.

The BBQ hamper was good quality. The location suited us for what we wanted to do. The hot tub was brilliant, just what we needed after travelling. The area was really peaceful and quiet, we felt really relaxed and chilled out. Annette and Drew were lovely and helpful.
