Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

It's a very nice property with a modern design and cosy atmosphere. Location is just perfect, 3 minutes to metro station, main sites, and thousands of different cuisines. It doesn't serve breakfast but has a discount to Gail’s cafe. The staff is very responsive and helpful, it's all managed digitally, but 24/7 service is always available.

The location is exсelent, close to two underground stations. Most of tourists' attractions within a walking distance. Great cafe, many pubs, restaurants nearby. Very kind and helpful staff

PolandOn Booking, I marked the option with a workstation but the room lacked a desk or table. Drain in the shower was slow. It would be nice if there was a little shelf in the bathroom where the cosmetics could be put.
Very nice place. Room was small but very comfortable. Also bathroom, small but had all the necessary things and was clean. There was a TV, hairdryer, safe, electric kettle and a tiny coffee machine. There was also complimentary water, coffee and tea. Bed was comfy and it was quiet. The location is great!

United KingdomThe room was just a bit noisy - there seemed to be some loud fan outside the window. The air con didn't work very well and was also too noisy. There was also a lot of light and sound bleed from the corridor. The price is also steep for what you get - but this seems to be the case across London. Would like a filtered water station in foyer since the water provided in the room was only on the first day.
Excellent location, and loved the generous discount with brilliant bakery next door - much better value and higher quality breakfast than you'd get in a hotel. The decor was cute and layout of room nice, and lovely toiletries.

Nice room not too small, bathroom nice size, the furniture is modern and you have everything you need in the room. The check in and out very easy. All went very smoothly. Position is great to move by walk and also very convenient bus station and metro station straight to the airport. Bakery just below the hotel to have a nice breakfast. Happy with the choice 😊

United KingdomNoise from the street was significant with building work across from the front of the hotel starting at 6am. Sound proofing between rooms was not great as I could hear everything from next door and I mean everything. Also found hairs on the bath and dust on the coffee tray with a cup that hadn't been rinsed properly. The toilet cistern in my room wouldn't flush properly. Also, the toilet is far too close to the bath to the extent that you can barely sit properly on the seat making it very uncomfortable.

I liked the location of the accommodation, it was an easy place from which to access other places. I liked the neatness of the room, especially the bathroom; there were no wet hair or wet thread anywhere in the bathroom, it was clean and white. The water pressure was just super okay.I also liked the fact that there was an elevator, made it easy to move luggage. The television worked, the airconditioner was working superbly. The room had heating facility also. The Bed was nice, it was firm without being hard. I loved the keyless entry into the property and the room, I did not need to bother about keys, the digital check in and entry worked wonderfully. I liked it all.
