need mugs for the tea/coffee rather than glasses. complimentary bottled water would be nice rather than buying it at reception at£5 a bottle . our sons room had a few hairs in the bath .

Pillows too firm for me to sleep. Bottled water in reception now £4!! This was complementary in Feb '23. Why no mugs for hot drinks in room? Small drinking glasses only provided.

Our 2nd stay this year. Easy online check in with friendly informative staff. Cake and papers offered. Immaculate room, comfy bed, pristine sheets and towels. Excellent location for theatre land and walking to various sights. Gails next door with 30% off sell really good pastries and coffee for breakfast. Quieter area to stay with pretty little park nearby,

The staff were really helpful, they lent me a charger for my phone and found us some toothbrushes because our train had been cancelled so we had to find a room for the night at short notice

Noise was very bad in the hotel it sounded like people were nearly coming into your room when they were passing in the corridor.

Location of this hotel was very good, we walked everywhere. Gails bakery right next door was great we went both mornings for coffee and pastries. Check was easy we did it online before hand and you accessed your room with a code. Lots of space in the room and everything was clean.

Thin walls and people coming in and out of neighbouring rooms woke me up. Also shower started dripping in the middle of the night that then kept me up.

Great location, easy to find, check in. Room was clean and generally comfortable, I had superior double which was a good size for a LOndon hotel. Gail's bakery downstairs and coffee maker in room as well.

We've stayed here for a few years and whilst it is perfectly adaquate, I have to stay I perfered it as 'My Bloomsbury'. There was a certain 'quirkiness' about the rooms that we always book, this has been lost since the revamp and it became The Bedford Corner. Not a mjaor issue and it probably won't stop us staying again, it's just a shame that it has lost something it had before.

We've stayed here a few times and the location is perfect for us. The rooms we stay in are not cheap but make the stay at the hotel and London that bit more special for us.

Friendly and helpful young people on reception. Scrupulously clean. Very quiet and leafy location despite being just off busy Tottenham Court Road. Comfortable beds. Beautiful building and tasteful decor. Nice extras - cookies from next door bakery and complimentary newspapers.

Not much! Minor gripes would be the external noise, but that’s to be expected in a busy part of London.

Superb location, just off Tottenham Court Road. If you like getting your steps in it’s easily walkable to Kings Cross, St P and Euston. Loads to see and so in the area. British Museum almost next door and walkable to about 4 tube stations. Staff great, lovely are next door.

Room nice if it wasn't because it was just across from the lift (405). Very noisy - felt like people were standing in my room talking throughout the night.
