We enjoyed absolutely everything about our stay. Tracey and Andrew were fabulous hosts. Breakfast was beautiful , plentiful and loads of choice. Lovely and clean home. Location excellent and close to town. Lovely walks and parks close by. Such a lovely warm couple and we will definitely return and highly recommend to any other prospective guests. Everything was perfect. Only the weather didn't cooperate (but this has nothing to do with the property of course).

The hosts were extremely welcoming. "Enter as strangers and leave as friends" is true! We had some issues with the hairdryer on the first day and they arranged a new one immediately. The breakfast was amazing with generous portion and different options. The room was spotless and comfortable. The wifi was also excellent.

Tracey and Andrew are the perfect hosts - we had a truly wonderful stay, great rooms (clean, super well kept, tidy and a fantastic breakfast menu from which one can choose the day before). We had the top room with a great view on the mountains and stayed about 6 nights. Our advice: Take some time to explore Keswick (stay a couple of nights here) and the beautiful nature in its surroundings, this place is a great home base for hiking trips in the Lake District and exploring the beauty of Englands most magnificent landscapes. In short: 10/10 - great location to start hikes (super well to reach via bus) - close to the center of Keswick - super tidy rooms, super clean - great hosts - fantastic breakfast (with a lot of healthy choices) Thank you so much for all the tips and great hospitality!

A fabulous place to stay as a base to visit some of the stunning Lakes District. Comfortable, very convenient - a few minutes walk - to Keswick town and public transport but in a quiet spot. Lovely breakfast and most of all wonderful hosts - welcoming, friendly and helpful!

The only thing, due to the structure, is that the sink wasn't in the en suite in our room, it maybe in the other rooms.

The food was delicious, location superb, we could not have been looked after any better. Tracey & Andrew are wonderful hosts and if the occasion arises, we would certainly want to stay again.

The hosts were wonderful!! Gave us great advise about where to eat and go! Location was just a few blocks from downtown which was awesome! Breakfast was so good, Tracey really paid attention to every detail!! Was very cozy, comfortable and we really relaxed there!! Would definitely come back!!

Loved the location being so close to Fitz Park, it's river, and only a 5 minutes walk to the town too. Tracey and Andrew are warm, friendly people and attentive host's, thoughtful and helpful, so kind. Andrew's breakfasts were delicious and varied, There was fresh milk available if wanted in a fridge accessible in the breakfast room, A lovely little light in the ensuite for night time visits was just brilliant as not to disturb one's partner. Brolley's and walker's stick to borrow and information books, maps and leaflets accessible too, plus Tracey & Andrew's considerable helpful knowledge of the town and area, what more could you want.
