Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomWhen we first arrived there was an unpleasant smell of I think some sort of food or spices - but it was gone later the same day. I was missing a mirror in the room and the room itself did feel a little crowded for 2 (small size) - but it was just enough on this short occasion. Short of parking space unfortunately on the first night we had to park on a different street nearby - one side of the street is permit holders only.
Room with all you need for a couple of nights. house clean and tidy. Good size bathroom. Good and clear check in and out instructions, good contact with the owners. Hair drier in the room, bonus with fully equipped kitchen so you can prep your own meals. Not in Lpool centre but bus stop is just 2 minutes away and for £2 single will take you to city centre. Thoughtful female sanitary products in the bathroom and tissues in the room. Everyone in the house was nice and quiet, no nuisance. Good experience overall.

FranceThe bathroom is a bit far from the room and a bit cold. I missed maybe sun light in the room cos it's a small window.
I liked that it was warm enough, close to buses to the city and it had internet for me to work ☺️ it was very cute, I loved the cute lights in the room, and I liked that I found some face masks in the bathroom. Very thoughtful. The host is very quick also to answer.

United KingdomThe tv didn’t have an Ariel, they supplied dvds but the dvd player had several dvds jammed inside so unfortunately did not work. Also no second toilet, so there was a queue for the bathroom In the morning.

GermanyIt is a renovated apartment. The main problem we found is the toilet since no toilet is attached with the room and we need to use common toilet which can be very busy in the morning. And there is only one toilet, so if someone was inside for 30 mins to an hour in the toilet in the morning then it's a bit problematic situation in the morning for others because there is only one toilet. Good thing is they provided 2 bottles of water in the room and room was pretty clean. Value for the money if the toilet was in order then we recommend it to anyone.
