Absolutely perfect !! Stayed here for a GOLF TRIP location is literally 5 min walk to old course . 30 seconds walk to grocery store Apartment was beautiful - host was responsive and amazing . I’ve stayed in countless houses around the world - and this was second to none for me

Parking was a little bit of a hassle, but we were able to find a parking space on the street about 150 yards from the apartment.

The floorboards were very creeky so could imagine this might not be great if you're a light sleeper and others are moving around the apartment....luckily wasn't an issue for me as I could sleep through anything 😊

The apartment was really great and decorated beautifully. The location was excellent for exploring St Andrew's as it was pretty much all on the doorstep.

The property is in the perfect location for golf or walking in to St Andrews for restaurants and shopping. It was a great apartment, clean and all you could need whilst staying there. The fresh flowers and the hamper of essentials was such a nice touch and helped us settle in.

The master bed is small but as big as it could be for the room size. The sofa and chairs look good but really there’s a lack of lounging space for four people. No dishwasher. The blinds are not blackout in the bedrooms and I imagine it would be an issue in the short nights of summer. The pub below was a surprise but not noisy probably because it was mid winter. It may be different when the university is in attendance so should be mentioned in the advertisement.

Location was perfect, with a homely feel to the decoration and good parking. Thoughtful welcome pack.

I was a little concerned to find we were upstairs from a bar, but in the event we were not disturbed at all. As the bedrooms are at the rear of the property I imagine it is rarely (if ever) a problem.

Such a warm and comfortable place, with everything you could want. A very well stocked kitchen. Very central location. Beautifully furnished with a great bathroom and very comfortable beds.

Floor boards were a little intrusive at night but otherwise a perfectly maintained apartment.

It was in the right location and met the needs for 3 family members. It was warm, tidy and a lovely welcoming pack.

There is nothing to be improved that I can think of.

The apartment is in the absolute perfect location... very convenient to the old town, university, shopping and bus station. It was spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped, beautifully furnished / decorated and very comfortable. We communicated with the host before arrival, and always got a quick response. Someone was there to greet our family, show us the apartment and give us the keys. We could not have asked for a more positive experience.

The property is beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice and it’s in such a great location, very close to shops, bars and restaurants. Little touches like breakfast supplies provided made it extra special. Lynne, who met us to check us in was fabulous, she was so accommodating when our arrival time changed and gave great recommendations for local places.

We loved everything! The host Lynne is fantastic, the contact person/owner Roberta is fantastic, the property is gorgeous and in a wonderful location... I had technical issues with my phone and Roberta made sure all was going well the entire time-so grateful:) We will be back!

It is on a busy corner but honestly it was entertaining to watch the people and there was plenty of privacy. We also had no problem being above the establishment below us. It was very quiet at bed time. The walls in in this building are very tight.

Communication from the owner & apartment manager was excellent. The location was great, right in the middle of town for our golf trip to St Andrews, played the old, castle, Fairmont & the eden, all highly recommended. Free parking was readily available on the street opposite and there are plenty of amenities close by. The apartment is kept to a very high standard with plenty of great touches.
