Everything met expectations

Host – Shane was very friendly and greatly focussed on meeting expectations for the whole duration of the stay. Location – Situated in a lovely development of residential properties with easy access to the City centre just minutes away by car. Breakfast – Comprises a selection of White, Brown bread for optional toasting, Croissants, Cereals, Orange Juice. Tea, Coffee, sugar, Chilled filtered water and Milk in a fridge (Water and Milk topped up as needed) Facilities – A large Double Bedroom with King-sized Bed, Plenty of storage, Ensuite bathroom with both separate bath and shower cubicle. Natural Light control for a good night’s sleep, spotlessly clean. Entertainment - TV with Smart capabilities and access to films, news and the usual terrestrial channels. Parking – On drive parking right by the front door to the property.

Missed a ‘ real coffee’ with breakfast , certainly not a deal breaker!

From booking to departure everything was superb . Shane is amazing and so very helpful . Loved having breakfast in our room, more than enough, warm croissants and delicious thick cut bread ( made lovely toast) cereal and orange juice .

Shane was very welcoming. Beautiful room and very clean . We had sky TV . Tea coffee making facilities. A fridge with bottle water and fresh milk .we got breakfast delivered to our bedroom in the morning. Private parking to . Would stop again 100% ❣️

The breakfast was very basic. It suited us but if you are looking for a Full English or a Lavish Continental this might not be the place for you.

A lovely airy room and bathroom. Shane - who created much of the nice artwork himself - gave us a pleasant and efficient welcome. It was an easy walk to a pub for dinner.

Beautiful room, aptly named. Everything was as described and more. The quality extras were greatly appreciated - eg. toiletries, filtered water and milk in a little fridge - paintings and sculptures tastefully decorated the room and stairway. Comfortable king-size bed. Warm bright room. Superb ensuite. Situated in a lovely quiet area within walking distance of The Gordon Arms, where we enjoyed our evening meal. Plentiful breakfast delivered to your door at a time of your choosing. An exceptionally caring and sensitive host. Shane was so welcoming and friendly. He responded immediately to any requests which I sent by text and yet was unobtrusive and sensitive to the needs of his guests. To sum up... it was a luxury experience at a budget price. Could not have asked for anything better after a long drive from France. Will be booking again.

I can't think of anything..

From the moment we entered the property until we left the property, we loved it, room was great clean, very comfy bed, all run very professionally, choice of bath or shower cubicle, all nice touches here, hand cream, in the room there is a fridge, your supplied with milk and water in fridge for you, toaster in the room. Décor is amazing, everything is beautifully presented, Breakfast delivered to your door at the time you request, Will go again. Value for your money.

I had no issues during my stay. Thought we would miss a cooked breakfast but the breakfast we had was fresh and filled us up for our journey.

Excellent room and breakfast and the host was on hand to help out with any queries. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

Only thing I didn't like was that we weren't staying longer!

Absolutely lovely room had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. Owner was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Bed was a bit firm for my preference and was a slight shame couldn't heat my milk for my breakfast.
