The cabin was immaculate - so clean and modern. The hosts were friendly and communicative, and even left a cake of our choice for us to have during our stay (it was delicious). The location is lovely with peace and quiet, and nature paths closeby. Couldn’t fault it and will certainly return! Thank you!

The chalet was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds and good showers. We had good communication from the owners and enjoyed our stay.

Thr location in the winter with kids is probably not the best. I'd prefer coming just with my husband for some lovely walks. However for a short weekend break it's not like the kids were bored.

I liked that it felt clean. Sometimes in places they look tidy but lying on the cushions feels a bit gross. I actually felt comfortable that this place was proper clean. It had a lot of nice extras like the speakers in the roof and surround sound. Lots of storage space. Coffee/tea etc, access to netflix/prime.

Beautiful lodge in a quiet well maintained holiday park. The owners have really thought of everything, the place is so well equipped. The welcome gift is a wonderful touch and the cake was delicious. The perfect location for a get away

Lovely lodge on a quiet holiday park very close to Kippford front. Easy to get to the Solway Coast beaches. Delightful sums it up nicely.

Fixed handrail in shower required to meet safety requirements....tempory stick on handle fell off ...slightly handicapped couldn't use shower without fixed hand rail !!

Welcome pack was more than adequate...love the views....and wild life...

All was excellent

Elevation of lodge, good views, beautiful trees shrubs around the park and lodge. A sparrow hawk landed outside the window onto a conifer tree. Very dark and quiet . It was late March when we visited, very peaceful. Warm light with accommodation with all the appliances you need. Plus a choice of cake for our arrival which was a delicious home made Victoria Sandwich cake. Shortbread biscuits and a had of home made marmalade. Very kind. Great communication from this company. We had a restful stay. Walking distance to coast and public house which served good reasonably priced food. The lodge is just beautiful.

A beautiful lodge that was superbly maintained. The views were stunning as we could appreciate the autumn colours at their best.

Was not aware when booking that it was on a holiday park and felt a bit deceived when discovered it was. However, it was a nice quiet, established, leafy park and in a good position to go for walks and bike rides and near the coastal villages. I would be happy to go there again.

No breakfast provided but biscuits and teas and extremely delicious cake on arrival. Furnishings were new and tasteful with plenty of space. Kitchen well equipped with lots of storage. A lot of thought given to what may be needed. Instructions very clear, plenty of books and games. I could not find the hairdryer and rang them and they responded instantly. I did not expect to find it in the bathroom. Felt they would put themselves out to make your stay enjoyable.

This property is outstanding. We have stayed in many self catering properties but this by far exceeds any in terms of cleanliness, decor, and comfort. The attention to detail was incredible, even including a home made cake on arrival! Everything is so thought through. We will definitely return to this beautiful lodge and area. Two great pubs within a 20 minute walk down in Kippford.

Great location and position. Very smart lodge. Cosy. Modern. Lovely style. Top technology and TV. The hosts had left a delicious home baked cake for us on arrival. Very well equipped lodge. Excellent cooking utensils and pans etc. well designed kitchen. Gorgeous views.
