There was only 1 set of keys (one key needed for access to building & different key needed to access the flat) which made it difficult with 3 people leaving and returning to the flat at different times. Host unable to supply a second set of keys. And no microwave. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Faint smell of cigarette or vape smoke

The location was outside Edinburgh but the #11 bus was close as well as Tram a short walk away by grocery store. Very convenient. Beds were super comfortable and showers nice. Washer and dryer handy as well had been travelling for several weeks. There was no hair dryer, so we bought one and left behind for others to use. I don’t pack hair dryer on vacation! We wish there was a microwave. Nespresso machine only. No coffee maker. My only issue was that there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke. It wasn’t terrible but may concern others.

The host was great with instructions to get in & most helpful & polite. Apartment was immaculate, airy & bright, beautiful views overlooking the ocean. Everything you could need or want was there. Both showers were very powerful & clean. We definitely intend going back.

The only downside was that it smelled a bit of smoke, like people smoked inside it.. and as non smokers it is something we noticed immediately. Other than that, all perfect!

We loved the property. Our only issue was getting the transport back a bit later one evening. But that was nothing to do with the property itself.

The location was ideal, easy parking once we arrived and then buses / trams were really frequent to get to the city and back. The communication from the owner was great, everything we needed for a family break was provided. The apartment was clean, well decorated and there was plenty of space for all of us.

Apartment was amazing! We stayed in 9 apartments over 9days and this was the first and the best! Stunning apartment, beautifully put together. Owner definitely has an eye for design which we really appreciated. Nice artwork and mood lighting (everything aligned!) Acoustic panels everywhere for good sound absorption. Beds were really comfy. Apartment was huge, clean and lots of parking nearby. We really loved our stay here, highly recommend!

Peaceful part of Edinburgh, with easy access to tram and supermarket. Excellent spacious apartment, very comfortable, well equipped, easy to find, good views, great parking, great WiFi and 5g phone signal. Excellent communication. Can't fault the place!

Easy access, Mungo was in touch to let us know when the apartment was ready with instructions on how to get in. He was easy to contact and helpful. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. We had a lovely stay and would hope to stay again in the future.

Could use a bench at the door for putting on and taking off shoes. I don't like to wear outdoor shoes into the apt. The table could go into the corner of the hall. That's my only suggestion!

The view was amazing from the apartment.it was clean tidy and very modern. Easy instructions to enter the building . Friendly host who kept in touch prior and during our visit. Trams straight to the centre for a little walk. Would definitely use again and will be recommending for anyone visiting Edinburgh.

It would be great if there was an option to have a small hamper included that includes some basics. Such as coffee, milk, bread, butter and jam.

The location was great, it was easy to get in to the city by public transport and there were restaurants about 10-15 min walk away.

Overall we really can’t complain. This was a great value and comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Minor additions would have been helpful like a microwave, a couple of extra towels, and trash bins in the bathrooms perhaps. These would have made an amazing stay even more perfect. The bus and tram are within walking distance but Ubers were very affordable and available and convenient. It was nice to stay away from the city center after a long day of touring and come back to some great sea views and a spacious flat.
