United KingdomNo towel rail or clothes hook in bathroom so had to leave towel and clothes on floor when having shower/wash. Only made drinks whilst in the apartment so didnt need to use the dishwasher, but there was no tea towel in kitchen to dry the cups after washing them up. Would have liked a mirror in the bedroom.

United KingdomNo instruction at side of lockbox or sent to us prior to arrival. We couldn't open it. Poor response on telephoning for advice. He insisted on me sending a photo and then a video of the box and what I was doing. This was very stressful for senior citizens, especially after a four hour train journey. He should have told me what to do over the phone. Fortunately we were extremely fortunate that another guest came along and operated it for us. We were also perturbed to read a notice telling us not to use the lift after 5.30 p.m. Obviously, there would be no one available to help us out if the lift got stuck. As we saw no staff members on site at any time, we stopped using the lift. Anyway, it did not work when summoned from the second floor. It also needed cleaning. No soap in dispenser in toilet. No complimentary shower gel/shampoo.
Clean and spacious and modern apartment which was good value. Comfortable bed. Great location.

United KingdomThis is not a criticism, just offering a few suggestions. A towel rail would be handy in the bathroom, a lamp in the lounge, also a clothes dryer. If there was an option to rent a cot, this would also be helpful to guests with young children.
Fantastic location! Walking distance to the Port and local amenities. 20 minutes to the beach. The apartment was clean and spacious.

United KingdomThere were irritating things that should have been picked up when the property was handed over.Toilet seat does not stay up when lifted and window would not open because Venetian blind was in the way.sink tap was loose and needs to be fixed.the access staircase and lift were really disgusting.it didn’t help when I was locked out due to code not working but Alex did sort out alternative access pretty quickly.on arrival no information as to where the apartment was and no signage on the staircase

United KingdomThere was multiple things broken in the property when I arrived, missing blinds (duct tape over the window), broken TV, broken couch, broken kitchen tap. There was also some cleanliness issues, hairs on the bed sheets, and a used razor blade left in the shower.

United KingdomWhen we arrived the flat was freezing the bedroom and lounge area windows were open and the storage heater wasn't working in the lounge area. Travelled from Sheffield weather was torrential rain. We were freezing all night. Reported this the tap and the shower wasn't cleaned properly. Sent pictures as requested and followed instructions on the meter box and the socket behind the radiator was switched. As we was visiting my dad in hospital. Someone from oracle properties called Friday morning to advise sending an someone to look at the heater no one turned up or visited while I was at hospital. Freezing all weekend. I have a rare condition that flares up drop of temperature and needs to be regulated as causes flare ups of my hands. I explained this and asked if it was possible to move apartments unfortunately full as it was Easter weekend. Also didn't return my £100 deposit. I've been waiting for an apology or some kind of response to our visit not received nothing.
Location was good for the hospital visits. The apartment was nice and such a shame we had a very bad experience

United KingdomThere was no mirror in the bedroom so was difficult to dry my hair. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and as a result my son slept directly on the sofa. The curtains do not blackout the light and I had to buy an eye mask to sleep There is mould in the bathroom.. The corridors leading to the apartment stink! And the lift doesn't always work.
The accommodation was in a great location, near to town. It was very clean and for the price was ok.

Our guests checked in somewhere else to which we kindly asked for a refund. I have since being giving the manager email. We are still awaiting a response. Unfortunately this isn't good enough. We have since put other guests in there as we thought it would be a once off. These guests are now extremely unhappy rubbish in front of fire exists. Dirty rooms. This could have all been resolved quite easily.

United KingdomThe apartment was not fit for purpose. Windows do not close with towel covering the gap and broken perspex from preview attempted cover Heating did not work. The apartment was freezing cold. Windows covered in mold. Seen at least 2 sex workers in the building. I did not stay as was not good. I was away on business so was disappointed to have to find alternative and now try and get a refund on the unfit venue.

I have previously stayed at the property and decided to travel down for another stay with my partner ... the apartment itself as before was immaculate ... with everything you need to hand ... entry to the property initially was easy and hassle free ... everything about our stay exceeded expectations... location is extremely convenient with every amenity within walking distance ... already looking forward to out next break ...
