We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomUnfortunately it didn’t feel very clean, the bathroom needed a bit of attention particularly on the chrome finishings quite bad limescale etc. The sofa was also very grimey and needed a deep clean.
Really nice and quiet! And brilliant location, decor was nice too. It was also really nice and spacious.

United KingdomThe overall cleanliness. There was mould around the windows and we could smell the damp on entering the apartment. Also the duvet was dirty and stained and when we emailed the property regarding our concern. No one came back to us. We had to keep the heat on to stay warm.

United KingdomI was under the impression that it was luxury, however the photos need updating and this is not luxury in my opinion. On arrival, in the bedroom the bed looked like it had been slept in previously, there was a prominent orange stain on the top sheet. Then there was an odd smell in the apartment and I had to buy air freshener. The glasses and the small amount of cutlery we had had finger prints on and I had to wash them again before even using them. I could hear next door going in and out constantly and hear them talking which made me feel like I was in the same room as them. The bathroom was quite modern but I found a hair bobble in the plug (not mine as I have short hair) and the bath had water sprayed all over it before me and my partner had used it, the sofa had crumbs and hairs on it. Just seemed like small things had been missed.
The location was wonderful and it was easy to get to places. The mattress on the bed was comfy.

United KingdomCutlery tray had 7 knives 2 dessert spoons and teaspoons and NO forks. Could really use a bath mat Exceptionally poor overhead light in bedroom. For luxury flat it lacked the above comforts and no bedside lights.

United KingdomThe drain in the tub/shower is extremely slow to drain and needs to be unclogged. The house book contains misleading information which creates the impression that you need to pay separately for parking through Tap2Pay. We initially followed the instructions and paid nearly £20 to park for our 3 day visit, but then we checked with our host who confirmed that parking was included in our booking. I contacted Tap2Pay and explained the situation, and fortunately they were very obliging in providing an immediate refund. If in doubt, check with the host as to whether your parking is included.
Great location, easy walking distance into the town centre. Parking included, which was a big bonus. The flat has everything you need to use it as a base to explore Chester, North Wales, and Liverpool.

GermanyYou could hear the doors from the hallway and at first it sounded like someone tried to get into my apartment, but it was only next door. That’s the only point. :)
The interior is nice and cozy. It has a clean, minimalistic chic which I really like. The bed was comfy too. The check-in/out was easy and the staff was helpful and also very friendly.

United KingdomSome of the decoration a bit tired, couldn't get the TV to work which is no big deal as I used my phone instead. Cleanliness was good in kitchen area and bathroom and generally good elsewhere, but there were signs of previous occupants which lets it down slightly
The property is excellent value for money. A one bedroom apartment with great facilities, good quality kitchen and nice central heating. Great location for getting into the centre of historic Chester which is beautiful

United KingdomWe didn’t have a working tv we emailed to enquire about this however the reply was not helpful and not much communication. Once we had a look round we discovered dirty towels under bed made us both a bit uncomfortable as it made us question whether other items were changed or clean eg. Bed sheets and towels provided left out for us.
Very good location short walk to centre. Good space for kitchen and bathroom use, bed was comfy too. We both felt safe with a key and code.
