The only niggle was that the two single beds that were strapped together to make the one large bed didn’t actually match. One was lower and softer than the other, so that was a bit awkward for those who like to cuddle up in the middle!

Such a stylish property, and our room was lovely. Plenty of space and everything we needed. We really loved our view out over the back garden towards the hills. Easy walk to plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. Easy parking too.

There is nothing that I did not like about this hotel. It would be nice if there was a slightly better breakfast selection (cereals, toast), but this isn't a big deal for me.

This is a small hotel (not many rooms) but very clean and comfortable and perfect for my needs. The staff are friendly and the bedrooms and lounges are lovely with quirky, modern and stylish decor. They don't serve food but there is a good selection of eateries just 5-minutes walk away, so not a problem.

Was very disappointed when we turned up and the carpark had spaces but the electric car charging spaces was taken by none electric cars so we couldn't charge our car. Also I would of liked to be shown around as I couldn't see any way out to the back

The building work outside is a real eye saw. The bed was to single beds pulled together, not effort had been made to cove the break in the mattress which made the bed very uncomfortable. This could easily be rectified using a good mattress topper. Breakfast, on the booking it said breakfast included. Self service coffee and cereal bars is expected at an express Holiday Inn, not at a property of this standard and price.

Beautiful house, very efficient self check in, lovely bedroom room, very clean. Perfect for our one night stop over. Very nice touches with the lounge, the honesty box for drinks and the free breakfast snacks. Lots of parking on site. Short walk to the local shops and restaurants. Lots of restaurants and cafes. Would recommend Balti Walla - really excellent meal.

I would prefer to have a staffed reception rather tan the tech based arrangement, but that that may be more of a reflection of my age than an actual fault.

Minor point, but as you approach the hotel from Bath Road, there is no signage visible. The sign appears only to be visible from the other direction.

Great location - easy access to Cheltenham town centre by bus or car. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and beautifully decorated, with a very smart en-suite. A bar fridge, hairdryer and plenty of white fluffy towels were appreciated and the bed was really comfortable. Despite being located on a busy road, the windows are double glazed, so there is no disturbance from traffic. Creative arrangement for people to order take-out food and consume it in the communal sitting/ dining area.

Although not perfect I couldn't fault any part of the service provided. We got what we paid for and it was absolutely fine.

The location was fantastic and the room was comfortable. We hardly saw any staff other than the cleaners who were polite. The room was warm and just right for our purposes.

Stayed since Monday for work at St Mary's church in Charlton Kings.7 mins from the job👍🏻 Mate only booked 3 nights so I booked this one . Ideally suited for going out, as there were plenty of places for eating nearby. Had a takeaway Indian and what was good you could eat it in your room or the dining room. Will stop here again as it's nice to find somewhere you feel comfortable with.

No check in - a box outside with your key in - we thought was a bit weird, but actually this is probably the way forward. Why have staff hanging around waiting for you to check in? Breakfast was juices, muffins, fruit/nut bars, tea and coffee - what ??! No full English? Again, why have a chef hanging about waiting for you to maybe turn up? All in all, we liked it and not at all bothered by the help yourself aspect. Two nice lounges with large TV and if you want to have a take away, the tables are set up in one room with plates, cutlery, glasses etc.

The location is just a short walk from local pubs, shops and restaurants. The room was clean and well equipped and the bed was especially comfortable.

Worked out very quickly how to open the window. Miles from anywhere and no pedestrian signs so no good for hikers. Sweet muffins in a refrigerator. Would re-book with a companion and dinner rez. The local cafes were gorgeous both aesthetically and gastronomically. Thank you for feedback.

Beautiful. Safe. Honesty bar. Great staff. Honest co guests. Nice staircase and art. Didn't explore the other rooms but there are apparently themed ones.
