car park was used by everyone in the village so spaces were at times hard to get.

The hotel was close to the wedding venue. The rooms were comfortable and served my needs. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options.

My husband is visually impaired and the general lighting in reception and in our room was very poor. We had an executive room and the shower was very slow with little power behind it

The hotel is very dated and doesn't reflect a modern look at all. It was like walking into crossroads from the 70's. Our room had been modernised and we paid for a deluxe room, but we had friends in standard rooms and they said the rooms were dated and not the best. The breakfast was a buffet, which I think is better, but the bacon was undercooked and had loads of fat and the scrambled eggs were not cooked right so they were sloppy and from a distance looked like rice pudding. I think the hotel is need of a good upgrade given the prices being paid and even if the woodwork was painted white it would freshen the space up and make it feel newer. Carpets to light wood floors would help or light tiles and the carpets had seen better days in the main hotel areas. Its a shame as this could be a really nice hotel.

Hotel was quite clinical, more like you were walking into an 80s type office rather than a hotel. Whilst the breakfast was included in the price and there was lots of choice, both myself and partner were unimpressed by it. The bacon was nearly uncooked and the hash browns were as dry as a bone, like they had been sitting there for days.

Was easy to locate, ample of free parking and was clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant attached to the hotel was lovely and we enjoyed the sandwiches we had and were good priced.

Self service at breakfast not my favourite thing,but food good

We have stayed here 4 times now and have been very impressed. Good breakfast but don't like the new"help yourself" format. Good staff and a nice evening g meal in the bar.

Room was dated and in need of makeover but had everything we needed, was spotless and comfortable. All in all for the price it was OK. Certainly wouldn't stop us returning. Hotel isn't in Mold as advertised but I think this is down to booking.com purely using the postcode.

Staff were very friendly and helpful both on reception and in the restaurant/bar. Drinks prices were reasonable . Entertainment on Saturday night was an unexpected bonus Breakfast had wide variety of choice, cooked food was good quality, cooked well and kept hot,for a buffet you couldn't complain We stay regularly in the area to visit family and this hotel will be our first choice in future

Everything was fine

Not sure on location because we never left the hotel and I didn’t see Mold. The hotel was on the outskirts. There was a great Bar and restaurant. Room was huge. Very dated but clean.

A little out dated but still comfortable

Staff were fantastic. Especially the reception staff just so helpful. I give the staff on reception 10/10. I hope someone congratulates them on the excellent service. I young man that opened the doors for me at 3am so I could have a walk because I couldn’t sleep was lovely. The reception staff helped us with many thing. Well done to you all.

Bathroom - the shower water pressure is low, struggled to get the right temp on the water. Extractor fan was full of fluff and dust. Room - You could hear the noise from water pipes constantly throughout the night also the noise from traffic was loud.

A basic room, newly refurbished met needs for the night. Evening meals were very tasty. A great selection at breakfast. Friendly staff, some were very helpful. Lovely to see the effort being made to improve the hotel. Great location and easy to find.

The address says Alltami road, but it's not on that road according to my Sat Nav so we got a little lost. Use the postcode.

Lovely hotel that caters for conferences, tours and weddings but staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and gave us a warm welcome. Unlimited decent buffet breakfast, and good coffee with gluten free toast if requested. And homemade marmelade! Renovated room and bathrooms. Just 5 mins drive from Mold town centre. Quiet inspite of being close to busy road.
