The location was perfect for what we needed.

The douve in the double bed was a little bit small. And we went 3 of us and only 2 packages of Wales cookies.

The room was amazing and good size. We had everything we were looking for the holidays. Kitchen well equipped and most of the things were almost new.

Good simple arrangement to access property. A welcome relief after a long journey to just get in and relaxed. Location of property was mostly the deciding factor for booking and this exceeded expectations. A minutes walk from the seafront, local shops in other direction. Easy drive to all areas we wanted to visit too. Accommodation was very clean and mostly well equipped. We were only there for a weekend- if staying longer might be good to have more games/entertainment equipment but then most people travel with their own anyway. I brought my recycling home as a bit of a green warrior, but again being super picky as overall a brilliant weekend and would book again.

The bathroom is compact which isn't a problem but it would be nice if there was a second hook on the inside of the door for the second bath towel, some anti slip pads on the shower floor and possibly a second shower caddy (or similar) hooked on outside of shower door to put tooth brushes, soap and flannels as as there isn't really room on the washbasin. Possibly a small shelf somewhere near the basin? Just a couple of minor suggestions in an other wise immaculately clean en suite shower room.

Excellent location for exploring N Wales coast. Close to beach and local facilities. Good road access to A55. Apartment was very clean and lots of nice extra touches like teabags, coffee, sugar and milk, washing up liquid. Comfortable sofas and beds. Good quality duvets. Nice to have houseplants around as well as attractive pictures on walls. Well equipped kitchen.

No major issues, the area around was a bit dead during our stay so had to take the car for dinner and a drink in the evenings.

Good quality apartment, fully furnished and recently renovated. The heating wasn't working due to a fault in the system, but the owner brought us new electric heaters to cover.

We couldn’t fault it at all!

It was beautiful! everything about it was perfect - the location was so close to everything but was so peaceful, the apartment was clean and modern but also homely and comfortable. It’s not often when you are on holiday and visiting somewhere that you look forward to returning to where you are staying at the end of each day but it really enhanced our whole Welsh experience.

We liked everything. The lock of the apartment does however need changing/fixing as it got stuck two times.

Nothing to dislike

Spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable, lovely little extras like milk, tea, coffee. Owners very contactable, beautiful area, close to amenities. We will definitely be back.

Better TV, the remote control was sticking. Also the fridge and freezer was very small.

Rhos on Sea is a lovely quiet seaside town, the apartment is a two minute walk from the sea front and shops/ cafes.

The only improvement would be more bath towels needed. Two bath towels per person for a week’s stay if definitely not enough.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about beachmount apartments.

First off it was beautifully clean, well presented and had all we needed. Close to shops, public transport and most importantly the sea. Co-op at the end of the road, lovely fish and chip shop just a few minutes walk away. Great places to get ice cream. Llandudno is on 20 mins away by bus which came every 20 mins and you could get the bus from the end of the road opposite the co-op. Came away for a week with my grandmother and it was great for her also and she loved our little getaway together. Great place for a couple of days or even longer All round a great place to stay, would 100% come back to stay at Beachmount apartments, russ and milli were very responsive to any questions or queries you may have, just a text or call away.

The front door it’s return is very powerful hence the slamming of it not pleasing when you’re next to it plus it’s dangerous

Fabulous ground floor apartment 5 minutes walk from the beach..Looks like it has been recently refurbished, very clean and spacious. Tea, coffee and fresh milk ready for us on arrival, with a pack of welsh cakes which was a nice touch. Good that we didn't have to book for a whole week, only 3 nights. Would definitely recommend to others.

There are some flaws here and there in the walls for example, and some of the pots/pans were dirty as it always happens in holiday homes. The double mattress was a bit hard for us, we cannot say about the single bed as we didn't try it.

The apartment is spectacular, clean, tidy, spacious and well organised. The property was easy to find, was directly on the sea (less than 1 min walk) and very close to the town centre (5 minutes walk, also to the supermarket). The host was flexible with our arrival time and we got the keys from a key box outside the door. The shower and the other appliances worked perfectly. We also find a parking space inside the property gate and the host was always quick in replying to any of our messages. The little town was a surprise, so nice and had an amazing long walk on the sea that was worth every penny!
