Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom#1 - I believe every B&B needs to provide at least a mini fridge in the room. As guests need to source their own food and drink after breakfast, they will naturally need to refrigerate their own water, milk and other consumables during their stay. With that being said, we did not have a fridge in our room, which was a minus. We were offered a tiny drinks fridge after we asked, which we appreciated. #2 - Since the room was not carpeted, there should have at least been a rug to keep our feet off the cold floor. #3 - The beds were not the best; very noisy springs with too much give.
The owners were very friendly and pleasant to talk to, as well as accommodating. The two little cute dogs were nice too, and well behaved. The breakfast was great; served to order, nicely cooked and filling.👍🏼 We very much enjoyed using the fancy shower too👌🏼

It was downstairs with the garden outside. My grand daughter lives couple of doors down and brought her back for a couple of hours to give her mum and dad a rest and they had plenty toys for her to play with 👍 all good hope to return next year if I can get room 1 or 3 to help out with the grandkids as my daughter in law will have a new baby 👶

United KingdomThe room needed updating the furniture was old and tired drawers wouldnt shut.The bathroom was very small couldnt wash face or clean teeth in the sink without throwing water all over the floor as the shelf above sink was in the way banged my head few times.🙃The owner has two lovely small dogs 🐕however on our first night one dog never stopped barking from 7pm till midnight😴we did learn the next day the owner went out that night 🌙over all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in ground floor room😄
Was treated on arrival by Julia the owner who was lovely and helpful.She carried my friends case up the stairs although I thought we had booked a ground floor room due to my elder friends health condition.The room was clean and adequate for the price we paid.Breakfast was nice and plenty of it and service quick and friendly😁location great for all attractions and buses😗great value for money🙃
