The location was stunning, right on the water overlooking the hills which changed mood every five minutes (better than watching telly)

Found broken glass on the lounge/diner floor. Perhaps an accident by previous guests, but should have been dealt with by the cleaners.

The property wasn’t dirty but it could’ve been a little cleaner. The kettle needed descaled and some of the appliances were a little sticky to touch. The Hot-tub was dirty and the filter kept floating off but once we said to the reception, someone was sent to clean the hot-tub.

The property is spacious and has stunning views of Scotlands beautiful scenery. The property also had all of the basic necessities that are needed for a short stay.

A bigger & ideally wall mounted TV would be more appropriate for this type of accommodation and it was a shame the hot tub cover opened the way it did as it greatly limited the view when it wouldn't have had it opened on the opposite side or had a different type of cover (one that you can fully remove when open for example) was used.

Great location, very well equipped kitchen, amazing views from master bedroom, living room/kitchen and hot tub/patio. High quality furniture and equipment. Tasteful decor. Overall: superb!

-difficult to adjust heating -we were there for a week and no change of towels -no recycling facilities which in this day and age is pretty shocking! we had to take our recycling things to the nearest town as we didn’t want to put it in with the general waste -there is only a small single track road from the hotel to the house and there was work going on at the time of our stay (building a new beach house) meaning that the road was blocked regularly. On one occasion we were heading out to fort William and we asked the workmen how long it would be before they moved the truck,, their response was 20mins but in actual fact it took 1.5 hours before they moved it. We had kids waiting around in the cars to leave so this was very frustrating. The accommodation is expensive so this type of treatment is utterly inexcusable.

-beautiful setting next to cycle path where we went daily walks and cycles. -loved the open plan sitting room and kitchen looking out to the amazing view -hot tub which was checked daily by staff -large en suite rooms -well equipped -swimming pool was excellent for kids on days the weather wasn’t great for much else -hotel food was nice

The decor in the house and the general finish is not as good as it might be. The beds are too hard. There is a lack of furniture in the main bedroom.
