Everything was perfect, the bed, the facilities ( washing machine and dryer were very useful for me), the location ( 5 min from Merseyrail station and 2 stops away from were I needed to work.

Lovely guest house ideal for a match only 10 pound in taxi down to Anfield or you can get the bus. Few pubs nearby and a Wetherspoons too.

Nothing it's brilliant.

Fantastic location for getting into the city with a brilliant train service which was very cheap and new spotless trains. All day ticket to anywhere in the city for £5.60. Nothing really Sarah's place is a little gem. Although there is no breakfast the host provides a kitchen with all the amenities to do your own and provides free cereal, milk and pastries should you want them. Should you want a good hearty breakfast, there is a cafe on the High Road which is a two minute walk around the corner.

The only thing I disliked was the mattress firmness, but that is just personal preference. Otherwise, couldn't fault the place at all

Instructions were clear of how to get into the property. The room was immaculate and loved that they supplied bottles of water. Room came with a fridge, fan, hairdryer and a kettle which all came in super handy. Toilet and shower rooms were spotless also and kitchen had a stock of cereal and milk for use also. Location was perfect as it's close to the city centre and has a train station very close too! Loved it

There is nothing not to like

The Be my Guest Liverpool is a little gem , fantastic from arrival to departure. The best night sleep I have had in ages , bed so comfortable, the neighbourhood so quiet . The room great and the fact it was help yourself for cereal/ toast/ croissants/ large amounts of milk in fridge in kitchen, also kettle etc in the room, nothing I could say I didn't like. Even the other guests were so friendly. So it's 10 out of 10 from us and looking forward to staying again real soon. FANTASTIC PLACE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bathroom fan is noisy, could do with a few shelves in there too

Ideally located a short walk from the train station, albeit small the room we had was very clean and well maintained with a comfy bed. We were worried it would be noisy there being pub beer garden virtually outside the window but it was not Other than the complementary breakfast we didn't use the kitchen but it is a great space with everything you need to cook up a storm.

Straight forward instructions for checking in. Sarah answered the phone as soon as I rang to confirm my arrival. The house is very clean. I was on nightshift and thd house was quiet during the during and I had no problem sleeping. Plenty of shops locally 3 minutes from Orrell Park train station with easy access to the Liverpool centre. I will use again when next working in Liverpool, and recommend.

I didn’t like that I didn’t have an en suite but then I knew that at the time of booking.

The room was clean, I was really grateful for the fan that was in there given how hot it was outside and the bottle of water! It was really easy to find and just a quick train ride into town. Sarah replied to my queries really quickly too which was great. Will deffo book again.
