My friend and I stayed here to attend The Eras Tour and it was a perfect location. Very easy to find from Orell Park station only a 2 minute walk and convenient for getting back into the city centre as well. The room was perfect and very clean. Would absolutely book again and will be keeping in mind for any other events!

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The location for ease of getting into Liverpool City centre by train was absolutely perfect. Just a short ride from a train station only round the corner from the very well laid out house. Stayed as mother and daughter (6 year old) and we both loved it. Very clean, the shared kitchen and bathroom were clean and tidy, well laid out and easy to use. The options for breakfast were a lovely touch and the fact there was milk and butter too! You've thought of it all. A really lovely stay. The place was very easy to find and parking while not part of the booking, it was very easy to park very near the house! There is a back garden too which we would have used if we would have stayed more than one night. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing stay, so clean and tidy! bed was so comfortable, I had an amazing sleep, tea & coffee in the room, fresh towels, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, everything you need. Such great value for money, will definitely stay again. Host very friendly and helpful

Not much to say for what I disliked as everything was perfect but we did struggle a bit with the door trying to figure out how to lock it! But that’s all really.

Absolutely loved that there was a breakfast set up with plenty of options and a lovely kitchen lay out. The bed was very soft and even the shower had amenities incase you forgot to bring any of your own. Highly appreciated that it was located close to a corner shop as well and could get snacks late at night after a long day out.

Fantastic correspondence. Very quick when replying to any messages. The property was immaculate, the facilities outstanding, (especially the breakfast facilities, thats a nice touch Sarah). Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay !!

Main thing was key/locking single room I was in, no door handle so locking was difficult if you're awkward like me and trying to keep key in lock, align up with locking mechanism and actually lock! One of croissants I picked up for breakfast was out of date...

Very welcoming and friendly host Sarah manages a beautiful house in which I booked a nice clean room with comfy double bed,desk, teas and coffees,a lovely kitchen full of cereals, fruit, orange juice,milk and everything you need for breakfast and a spotless shining bathroom

When we arrived we were early but our room was ready so we could check in, we were greeted by the cleaner she was so lovely and smiley full of conversation made us feel so welcome. We had a Box of chocolates left for us in our room which was a lovely touch. The bed was so comfortable, made it hard for us to get up in the morning we could have stayed in it all day! We booked this for a place to stay after the grand national and compared to everywhere else the price was so reasonable! Would absolutely stay again.

Television was a bit of a failure but adequate for the news, not that I watch TV as always travel with some books to read. Some of the neighbouring residents were a bit clunky going in and out but no worse than ones I have where I live haha!

Wonderful kitchen, everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent range of food. I only wish my kitchen came up to the same standard. Just a step away from the Orrell Park station so transport wise perfect if without a car.

The area directly within walking distance seemed a bit run down however there were plenty of amenities with driving distance

This property is perfect if you’re looking forward for somewhere affordable with great facilities to base yourself whilst you’re visiting the area. My boyfriend and I had a lovely 4 night stay here as he was on a 5 day training course in Bootle. Lots of places to eat within driving distance (few minutes down the road). There are also lots of takeaways and pubs within walking distance. Aintree shopping park was a 5 min drive away which was ideal for me to visit whilst my boyfriend was at training. This property has way more facilities than staying in a premier in or travelodge which we were thrilled with in terms of value for money. It was great that the TV had netflix on to keep us entertained during the evenings. The communal kitchen was also brilliant as it had everything you need if you fancy cooking any dish!! Also the provided milk, bread, jam and cereals were were very thoughtful of Sarah. The bathrooms were also squeaky clean with shower gel & shampoo also provided. Thank you so much Sarah for making our visit to liverpool comfortable and for making us feel at home!
