Location really good. The junior suite was too small for 3 persons. Very little cupboard space. Room was not as nice as in the pictures. Staff friendly and helpfull, breakfast ok. We did get a quiet a room as we requested.

My bathroom door locked itself so I couldn’t access my bathroom, but the Receptionist called the janitor to fix it. Tea and coffee facilities at the room were poor. Coffee wasn’t nice and the milk had gone off so when I made a cup of tea this morning it was a lumpy and sour. There weren’t any proper curtains in my bedrooom, only nets. When morning broke it disturbed my sleep as the light was pouring in the room.

Nice area of London, easily situated within Notting Hill Gate station. I was glad I was able to store my luggage and the reception staff were helpful.

Walls are paper thin. Basement room.

Good location, bed was comfortable, though the room was small and located in the basement had all facilities listed including air conditioning. Originally offered a room in the basement with no window and near the lift but allowed me to switch. No single room available in the other floors

We didn’t have high expectations as some of the reviews we read prior to arrival were not very good. Yes the room we occupied was small and we could hear snoring from the adjacent room. This did not spoil our stay and we were perfectly happy. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Nice bathroom with plenty if hot water.

Great location enabling us to walk everywhere. Breakfast was very good with an adequate selection ti “”to suit everyone. Staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Quite a nice hotel, a good location, couple of maintainence issues in the room attended to very very quickly (< 15minutes) when notified front desk, no coffee machine present as advertised forgot to mention this to front desk. Shower very feeble flow, deluxe double room quite small, tight to get into bed on one (side see hotels own photos), only one bedside table, wardrobe too narrow for the nice wooden hangers provided. No food available except (decent) breakfast. NB only instant decaff available. Plenty of restaurants locally though. Good room lock box. No hotel bar, though was told this was to be resolved imminently. With all that said would use again.

Rooms small and a bit tired. No bar the basement rooms was very small luckily one pd our party couldn’t make it as 2 people in this room would not have been acceptable

More options in the breakfast or change in menu as we ate the same thing for all the 8 days of our stay.

Location is good for tourist and eateries too. Walk to Hyde Park was very convenient.
