1. Garden umbrella would be useful, there was a slot in the table for one and we were lucky enough to enjoy sunshine. 2. No dustpan. -,swept downstairs with broom but had to get Henry out to pick up the mess. 3. instructions for washing machine missing. 4. Finally, we were a family of 3 adults staying with 2,cars but whilst most villas had parking for 2 cars, ours only had 1 space.

We were provided beddings and towels but they were not in great condition. The oven was clean but defective, we managed to use it.

Property smaller than expected. Fitted in 4 people comfortably- 6 would have been a stretch.. especially as only 1 shower room. Garden very small and featureless.

Clean property, with all the necessary mod cons. Kids enjoyed the use of the tennis courts on the site. Nisa local on the holiday site (but with limited stock).

We liked everything but you will definitely need a car. On-site shop closed for 2 hours for lunch and closes 6pm. Entertainment may be limited for some people's taste. For both these reasons, a car will make this into a superb holiday

Arrived two hours early (drive went too well) and found the villa ready and the keys in the 'key safe'. Pre-instructions were good. Tennis courts excellent and free, so don't forget to bring your rackets Perfect place if you own dogs. Safe and clean place. Local beaches excellent. Suggest eating out along the coast, superb Rick Stein's Gastro Pub very local in the nearby town St Merryn Loft windows keep all the bedrooms cool

The WiFi did not work for the first 4/7 days of our stay, which was quite frustrating. We'd have appreciated if the host had let us know about this either before we arrived or after we checked in. We kept calling to complain about this and was eventually told the problem was caused by OpenReach and there was nothing they could do on their side to fix this.

Internet was down for last 3 days of the stay. The wider site could do with some TLC- broken decking/ run down club/ shop only open limited hours

Although the property was partaley refreshed and redecorated the quality of workmanship was not very good ,the windows needed a good clean especially inside the openings?

Cleanliness could have been better. The sofas needed a good clean. There was dirt/sand and old sweets between the sofa cushions. There was a layer of dust on the TV in the master bedroom. The signage to the villas in the holiday park could have been better. Missed the turning to the villa initially.

It wasn't very easy to find! I drove right past it as the sign is easily missed. Bedding wasn't prepared for the 5th guest. No second roll of toilet paper or spare bin bag for the rubbish.

Pleasant villa with all we needed - clean and comfortable. Loved the door out on to the top floor balcony - lovely in the sunshine:-)
