The bathroom would be a little tricky for someone with any physical problems - low ceiling under stairs.

This fabulous location was an excellent choice, situated opposite 'Outlaws New Road restaurant' just past 'The Angry Anchovie'. It was a little difficult to find initially but, just turn right at the bottom of the hill and past 'The Black' and then 'Trelawney Garage' and the property is on the right past the slip road. Everything about Port Isaac is brilliant, food, and the atmosphere, but especially the views. The property was spotless and had everything you could need for your stay!

Water too hot. Settee a bit uncomfortable and awkward to look up to tv but we don't watch TV much anyway.

Self catering. Constant instant hot water but too hot...scalding. perhaps boiler setting could be lowered a little.Really comfy and clean and spacious. Parking a bonus. Bed was comfy. Linen spotless.

The furniture was a bit shabby and stained. Even the cushion covers were grubby, simple to clean up. The sofas are sunken and uncomfortable. The hot water is scalding! Parking when there are other guests is difficult for larger cars.

The location is great. It has everything you could need. Beds comfortable and shower very good.

Perfect location, the property was clean and easily large enough for 4 adults. We had to contact the owners and were really pleased with how responsive they were.

Unfortunately the ceiling/floor above us creaked constantly when the people up there moved around. I was woken several times each night by people upstairs moving around going to the bathroom and they woke early so there was no chance of sleep after 6.30am. Such a shame as that was the only negative, but a big one.

The location. Place was very clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds and lovely bedding and towels provided. Easy walk to Port Isaac Harbour and Port Gaverne.

To be honest there isn’t anything we would change.

We thought it was perfect. The decor was really sympathetic to the area with so lovely unique touches. It was perfectly positioned for walking access to the bays.

There was a very strong smell of damp in the property which was difficult to ignore. Also soundproofing between the upstairs and downstairs apartments could have been better

Very damp smell when entering the property particularly the downstairs apartment. I rented both Lobber and Lundy. Upstairs not as bad but had to keep windows open most of the time we were there. The settees in the downstairs apartment were well past their best and needed replacing. Also being asked to strip our beds on leaving. We were family but if you were in the downstairs and had strangers above you can hear every movement.

Good position in Port Isaac and parking at the property. Comfortable beds.

Musty, damp smell in the entrance hall. Disappointed with the "sea view", being downstairs accommodation, the immediate sea view was between to tall buildings and over a single story roof, you could see the sea but not what I would class as a sea view. Parking was a little difficult, not impossible but with two full size cars it was cramped, would have been fine with two mini's. Although close to the town walking back is uphill and would possibly present a challenge to anyone with mobility problems.

Exceptionally clean, well decorated and well equipped. Great shower attached to the bath. Good location, easy walk into Port Isaac downhill. Parking onsite.

Place felt tired as front bedroom door was coming off hinge and also needed blackout blind for front bedroom windows. We also called on our arrival as the window at back of property in the kitchen had a seized lock in the open position. The host was concerned on the call and advised would notify housekeeper to check during the week. We did not hear anything during our five night stay from the host so presume housekeeper did not turn up as remained seized. We had bad phone service in that area but could still receive text messages. It was a safety concern for us as not familiar with area.

Location was good . Property was a nice size for the two of us with all amenities required. Parking was fine as we had a larger car, but fitted fine at an angle to property. Room to park along with the car for the other property .Kitchen had all that we needed whilst staying there.
