Luxurious property, spacious room, huge ensuite, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. Especially loved the huge stainless steel bath that I had a lovely soak in. Fabulous!

We loved the bath, and the bed was super comfy. The staff was polite and welcoming. I will definitely go back in this hotel again. It's 30 min walk from the centre but is an enjoyable route and if you get taxi it's less than 10 min. Thank you to make are stay exeptional

Enormous mosquitoes which sometimes flies in the room

It was a little overpriced - generally, including the breakfast - I stayed away from it because of the price. The room and bathroom locks were broken.

It was spacious, very clean, neat and the bathroom was luxurious - the tub and shower were perfect. They were really generous with the complimentary drinks and snacks. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Sufficient parking.

The room was amazing! So stylish and elegant… perfectly matched the atmosphere of the city. It looked even better than on the photos. The bed super comfy, the bed linen smelled beautifully, the bathroom in the room a huge bonus, great treat after long walks in town. Loved every single minute didn’t want to leave.

Our room (number1) on the first night was not up to standard, poor ventelation and stuffy. Management moved us to another room which was up to standard. There were no cupboards in either of the 2 rooms.

We had the room at the top, so the whole days when we were out of our room all the kitchen was coming up to our level. The bathroom didnt have any window to open so it can difficult at times. The hotel is still a bit far from centre of Bath. The staff was not really welcoming, a bit condescending in their behaviour

Waiter at dinner was disinterested and seemed poorly trained. A bit further from the City Centre than we wanted. Breakfast was way too expensive.

Spacious well appointed bedroom and bathroom. Friendly reception staff and nice greeting. Lovely relaxing lounge and bar. Ample parking. Nice restaurant with excellent menu.

The staff were lovely! The man who was working at breakfast on Saturday was super helpful and friendly - as was Olaf. The room itself was beautiful, comfortable and peaceful. We felt very at home, safe and well taken care of. Although the hotel is a little outside of the centre of Bath, it was a gorgeous walk into town! So it was worth it.

Everything was perfect, just the sound of the seagulls in the early morning was a bit annoying but that can't be helped.

The breakfast was lovely, and the location was not to bad about 30 minutes walk to the city centre.

Shower was a small cheaper prefab one that was very skippy and water came out the bottom (seal not good). Only a minor irritation though

- The weather was very warm during our stay and the rooms do not have any air conditioning. There are fans in the room but they were not effective in keeping the room cool in the hot weather. -Eggs Benedict at breakfast was disappointing!

- Really lovely staff. - Beautiful room, very spacious and clean. Looked just like the pictures. The bed was extremely comfortable. - Fridge in room with still and sparkling water and also canned drinks. - Welcome sweets and biscuits which were a really nice touch. - Free car park. - Great location. 8 -10 mins drive to the city centre or you can take a 25-30 minute walk which is mostly a straight path. I enjoyed the walk. There is also a bus service, but I didn't use it. - The full English breakfast was delicious. Also a nice selection of fruits and pastries available.
