The size and siting of the TV made it difficult for both people to watch comfotably from bed. The bath/shower could do with a grab rail.

The reception was excellent and staff remained efficient and friendly throughout. Our room (415) was spacious, comfortable and clean.

Ground floor windows get overlooked by passer bys. I like my privacy which meant the blinds were constantly closed. I dislike the fact that by default I could not have natural light.

The curtains' control panel was not working very well.

Lovely and very professional staff. Great duplex room with soundproof windows. Loved the bathtub and the amenities. Location is excellent to tour Liverpool. I wish we could have stayed more. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

The pillows were a little thin, and there was a consistent problem with other guests trying to connect their devices to our TV.

The staff were lovely. The room was very nice and clean. It was perfect for the two of us. It was convenient to get around everywhere, never felt like anything was too far to walk to.

I could not fault this hotel. Beautiful large rooms. Great facilities (the little tucked away kitchenette was amazing). Comfy big beds. The attention to detail was wonderful, great quality products (tea, coffee, toiletries), and the personalised welcome card was so lovely! Made me feel special as a guest. Amazing location…. And the staff were amazing. Incredibly friendly and welcoming without being overwhelming or in your face. I didn’t want to leave!!

Staff to hand as soon as I had arrived, swift check in. The room was fantastic for my quick stay, everything needed to help me prepare food for the evening. There is also an option where you can order food/groceries with reception and they offer to put it in your room prior to arrival which is very handy. I want to point out the two uses of blinds for the room, there is a black out one and a normal blind, highly appreciated for those bright mornings. Wasn’t expecting how great the air con in the room was! Exceeded expectations and highly recommend! 5 stars

Friendly staff. Safe access with hotel key swipe to entrance, lift and stairs. Quiet despite being in popular bar/ restaurant area. Rooms clean and tidy with everything you need. Bed comfortable and big TV.

Maybe a little bit expensive for a small double room but in the end worth it! Other than that there’s nothing bad to say!

The hotel is fantastic, the staff is super helpful and nice. It’s very well located very close to Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Station. The room es very clean and very good equipped with everything you need for a quick at home meal. We will come back!

Wonderful renovated building, v friendly front desk staff. In a busy area but room was totally quiet. I was travelling or work and was everything I needed.

There is no breakfast and the water stream in the shower was very weak.

It was a really nice room and the hotel is in a great location, you can walk everywhere from there. The people working at the reception were super nice and we could leave our suitcases there on the last day.

I booked 3 rooms and we were split between three floors of the hotel. We couldn't have been further apart! Bedrooms were a bit Travel Lodge for the price tag. Toilet was not clean when I arrived into my room. And window was wide open and I couldnt work out how to lock it. Noise from nearby club was a bit annoying. Pillows were really uncomfortable (for me).

Great location. Staff really helpful and friendly. Cool vibe of the place. Lots of recommendations for local eateries. Mattresses nice and comfy. Well equipped little kitchenette.
