Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel is fantastic, the staff is super helpful and nice. It’s very well located very close to Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Station. The room es very clean and very good equipped with everything you need for a quick at home meal. We will come back!

United KingdomI booked 3 rooms and we were split between three floors of the hotel. We couldn't have been further apart! Bedrooms were a bit Travel Lodge for the price tag. Toilet was not clean when I arrived into my room. And window was wide open and I couldnt work out how to lock it. Noise from nearby club was a bit annoying. Pillows were really uncomfortable (for me).
Great location. Staff really helpful and friendly. Cool vibe of the place. Lots of recommendations for local eateries. Mattresses nice and comfy. Well equipped little kitchenette.

United KingdomWe’ve stayed here before. It’s a lovely, modern hotel with very polite, efficient staff. Check in is very quick. The beds are so comfortable, the rooms spotless and the showers in the bathrooms are fantastic. We never hear a sound from other guests, it’s so peaceful. It’s very close to Liverpool One, with it’s shops and restaurants, but there is no noise from outside either. We were staying this time to attend my grandfather’s funeral and there had been a sympathy card left in our room for our arrival - a really nice touch that was very much appreciated.
