Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We only ended up having breakfast one morning because it wasn’t worth paying the high cost for the second day (I am a fussy eater and options were limited for me, but through no fault of the hotel!). It would have been handy to see a breakfast menu before hand as this would have saved us some money.

GermanyBreakfast was pricey for a not so special continental breakfast. Better to go to the very nice restaurant in the adjacent leisure centre. All facilities are owned by the leisure centre so requires additional charges. Pool is quite small.

United KingdomThe only downer is some of the pricing on drinks & food , we chose the sports bar menu over the brasserie for this reason, however drinks generally are a little expensive
The hotel is beautiful, the staff are so nice and friendly! I believe one called lara went above and beyond to accommodate us, the food was lovely and you could move freely around the hotel as you please with drinks etc without feeling lile you have to stay put, the room was spacious and the grounds is just so lovely, definitely recommend & will definitely come back 😊

United KingdomThe pool and gym cost extra, which I don’t think is that obviously advertised, if advertised at all. The gym equipment is also somewhat outdated, particularly the cardio equipment. Last entry for both the pool and the gym is at 8:15pm, which is quite inconvenient when travelling for work. On the whole, the restaurant was good, but slightly on the expensive side for what it is. You can expect three courses for two people to run you around £120 with the pre-added tip.
Excellent hotel with beautiful rooms and spaces, including a lovely courtyard separating the rooms from the reception. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly in the restaurant, where the food was delicious and well presented. They even had an alcohol-free beer on draught which was very much appreciated.

The room was very comfortable, provided tea and coffee and biscuits was great and a nice touch. There is a mini fridge which I always appreciate in hotel room. The hotel is nice and relaxing.
