The bathrooms...one with a shower wet room did not drain well and made carpet in bedroom wet...even with the use of second bathmat. Floor was always wet...had to take off socks and shoes when using loo. Odd it had a bidet as was so small. For second bathroom would be helpful if we were told about sloping ceiling so you cannot stand in bah and use as a shower.

Spacious property in private location with garden. Very well equipped. Very dog friendly. Helpful guest notes and the owner also popped in to make sure we had everything needed. We were given some excellent local tips which really enhanced our stay. Lovely walks near the property and only 10 mins drive to the beach for swimming.

As soon as we arrived at southrepps Barnham, we all felt so relaxed. The property was so well equipped and the hot tub was just what we all needed to relax after a day out. It's in a great location near cromer and Sherrington and also had a nice village green on the doorstep to walk the dog. Had a lovely meal at the Vernon Arms, which is just across the road. Graham was very informative about telling us great places to eat and visit. We will be back next year for a longer stay.

For us we did find the beds to be uncomfortable unfortunately but others will likely not mind so much.

Beautiful place with lots of space, Christmas dinner was a doddle thanks to the oven and Aga. All high end appliances and a great kitchen. Really comfortable and cosy lounge and very peaceful and quiet location with some great walks locally. Hot tub was a bonus too. Spa bath for anyone not being into their hot tubs

Few leaks in the property, from main windows when it rained, downstairs sink in the bathroom and utility room.

You need a car ,as there is not much around the place ,only a pub which is closed on Mondays, and a post office local shop ,but it's only 15 minutes drive into Cromer

Very lovely place ,owner was very friendly,great for family or couples break ,relaxing time in hot tub very private location,and the villa was amazing it had everything you needed in it ,very spacious and clean loved it would definitely stay there again

there wasn’t anything we didn’t like , but felt that adding a chest of drawers in the bedrooms and better lighting by the shelf with mirror over would have helped re doing makeup and hair

Everything was excellent quality, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable , quiet location and within easy distance of the coast. The outdoor seating was also excellent and the hot tub with towelling robes was a bonus
