One suggestion is a microwave plate cover for the meals you put n the microwave.

For us we did find the beds to be uncomfortable unfortunately but others will likely not mind so much.

Beautiful place with lots of space, Christmas dinner was a doddle thanks to the oven and Aga. All high end appliances and a great kitchen. Really comfortable and cosy lounge and very peaceful and quiet location with some great walks locally. Hot tub was a bonus too. Spa bath for anyone not being into their hot tubs

Few leaks in the property, from main windows when it rained, downstairs sink in the bathroom and utility room.

You need a car ,as there is not much around the place ,only a pub which is closed on Mondays, and a post office local shop ,but it's only 15 minutes drive into Cromer

Very lovely place ,owner was very friendly,great for family or couples break ,relaxing time in hot tub very private location,and the villa was amazing it had everything you needed in it ,very spacious and clean loved it would definitely stay there again

there wasn’t anything we didn’t like , but felt that adding a chest of drawers in the bedrooms and better lighting by the shelf with mirror over would have helped re doing makeup and hair

Everything was excellent quality, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable , quiet location and within easy distance of the coast. The outdoor seating was also excellent and the hot tub with towelling robes was a bonus

Superb property that has everything you could possibly need. Beautifully presented with all mod cons , comfortable beds and a wonderful hot tub that we enjoyed each evening. we had a slight issue with our booking dates but Graham was an outstanding host who sorted what we needed. Southrepps is stunning like an "olde england" village and its easy to get to all the surrounding beauty spots. We had a wonderful stay in a first class property and would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Great accommodation that suited us and the dogs. It was warm, clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect after a days walking. A great, quiet village with lovely pub, friendly locals and the roast dinner there was amazing. Easy access to countryside walks and the coast. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Would highly recommend.

The host arrived without prior permission and a female person wandered around in the garden and didn’t introduce themselves whist the guests were using the hot tub . We felt very uncomfortable

Cleanliness could be improved in some areas. If you are tall you will struggle with the bathroom facilities. One of the guests was 6'4" and couldn't fit into the shower and the other bathroom had a bath, but very low sloping ceiling so even at 5'6" I struggled to get in and out without hitting my head. Nevertheless we managed for a few days and still had a lovely time.
