The hotel is clean wonderful designed we loved the redesign of this barn. Restaurant is beautiful dinner was excellent Rooms are clean, spacious and nice

The evening meal was excellent but let down by the frenetic service. Staff kept clearing things, asking if we were ready to order etc. We could have got our 3 course meal done in an hour if we hadn't asked them to leave us for a while. I can understand the hurry if it was Saturday evenings or Sunday lunch when they are trying to get as much custom through as possible but this was a Tuesday evening; there were spare tables and no queue of waiting customers. Perhaps the staff need to be more sensitive to the situation as they have a good set up there and it seems a pity to spoil it. Breakfast service was much more relaxed and attentive without being overbearing.

This place is absolutely fantastic. Lovely big room overlooking a field with sheep. Great bathroom with shower. Spotlessly clean. The staff are great and very helpful and efficient. Great freshly prepared breakfast. About 2 miles from the centre of Stratford upon Avon but we walked in to town both days. Cannot praise this place highly enough

The bedroom was big the bed was comfortable and decoration was nice. The view of the sheep through the window was great. The breakfast was excellent.

There was air conditioning and doors out on to a small patio, which was lovely, but the room had no window you could open overnight.

Lovely setting in the countryside 5 to 10 minute drive to Stratford upon Avon. High-quality room with views across the countryside. Excellent breakfast. Recommended and would stay again.

Couldn't have asked for anything better. The room was great. It was very clean and spacious with an excellent view over the field. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was good and the hotel was in an ideal location for visiting strafford and warwick.

Could‘t find any thing that was not good.

The room was very large and contemporary decorated with a King size bed. It was perfect and the huge window doors opened up to tranquility into farmland. The breakfast was fantastic. Great choice and good service. We also had dinner at the hotel and it was very delicious. A perfect place for one or several days to stay. Away from the city noise and Traffic

The food, accommodation & staff are all excellent. The room was large & very well appointed. Plenty of parking & well landscaped grounds. Short drive to the centre of Stratford upon Avon.

Air con wasn’t working in the room so found it very hot!! No one to report it to on the evening. Terrible shame the wonderful bar and restaurant closed super early when we were there (7pm) which meant there was nowhere for us to have a few drinks at the end of the night, other guests commented how silly it was not to have the bar open until late. The room needed an information booklet explaining how to work things and timings for breakfast / check out times etc

It lacked detail to make it fabulous. Felt the staff didn't really have time for the staying guests, we had to ask to be shown to our room. When we asked for ice at the bar to take back to our room the bar staff were sarcastic.

Maybe a continuous hard surface between the car park and entrance would be useful to save running suitcase wheels over loose gravel.

Excellent location, large airy and smart rooms, excellent service and top notch food. The accommodation was like new with all the necessary cupboards, shelves and hanging space one would desire. Large comfortable bed with plenty of socket outlets and USB connections. Views over open fields was a bonus.
