All the extra touches like phone chargers, bathroom products, tea, coffee etc. Annette had thought about what may be forgotten by guests as well as going the extra mile with her thoughtfulness. We loved the seaside paintings and are trying to source one for ourselves.

Very spacious, clean apartment with excellent facilities in a quiet location approximately 1 mile from Cromer Town centre. Dog-friendly and very comfortable; a lovely place to stay. Plenty of street parking available too; we would definitely return.

For us, there was nothing to dislike. Perhaps a wider bed would have been preferable, and a wider duvet too. Just as a note: We had decided to park the car for a few days and use the bus. It was trial and error even though there were timetables available. It was pure luck that we managed to get a bus back twice (early evening) from Cromer and Sherringham, but they stopped at Suffield post office and not at the top of the hill as indicated on the website. Hills are a bit of a challenge to us nowadays.

Having read the reviews, I knew what to expect. It is an amazing apartment, and Annette has thought of every possible need and more. I was sorry we weren't staying longer to make more use of it all. Comfortable, spotless, homely, interesting and luckily for us, sunny.

Beautiful apartment with absolutely every little detail thought of by the owner. She really goes above and beyond and has thought of everything to make the stay pleasurable. Excellent value for money. Clean and comfortable it the best place from which to explore Cromer which is a 20 min walk away from the centre.

Nothing not to like. Such a lovely place and felt like home.

The property was a real home from home. The owner had thought about everything to make your stay extra comfortable. It was easy to park outside the property and the walk into town was easy and approximately 20 minutes. The location was ideal for us. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommended.

The location was further from the seafront than we had realised, so we had to drive into town rather than walk; but the advantage of this was that it was easy to find a parking space near the flat.

The flat was extremely well equipped, with everything you could want - and more! Lots of nice welcoming touches, like milk, bottled water, coffee, biscuits and even sweets. We especially appreciated the fresh flowers on the table. It was nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable.

I can’t think of anything vital which was an issue. The shower door could do with a refit (started to gap half way up but doesn’t leak too much). The wardrobe is a little wobbly but really these things are so minor I feel churlish mentioning them.

Property was easy to find and well located within walking distance (20 minutes) of the town centre. There was a drive which might take two cars but also plenty of on street parking outside the property. The apartment was very clean, reasonably spacious and very well equipped including plenty of toiletries, towels, coffee machine and cafetière. A lot of thought has gone into the decor and facilities making for a thoroughly enjoyable stay and Annette was helpful and communicative throughout. Can’t really fault the property, shame about the barking dog which sounded right outside the flat every early morning, but that’s hardly anything to complain about! We would happily recommend this place if visiting Cromer or North Norfolk in general and look forward to returning some time.

We are used to a slightly bigger bed but that is a personal preference and not a reflection on the property. The instructions for the hob were a little confusing as they suggest you need to look for a wall socket to switch the hob on when it is simply a switch on the appliance itself. Not a big deal but possibly something that could be made clearer.

Annette has thought of everything you could possibly need - there is even a drawer with "things you may have forgotten" just to be on the safe side! Accommodation is comfortable, clean and light and in a quiet location. Parking is easy either on the driveway or on the road directly outside.

A lovely 1st floor apartment with everything you could possibly need. In a good location on the outskirts of Cromer with good parking and easy access to the coast path. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay at- has everything you need and feels like a home form home. I have stayed there before and highly recommendable and looking forward to going back. Pet friendly (10 pounds extra), fully equipped kitchen, wifi, parking, walking 10 min to beach and 15 min to Cromer.

It is a lovely flat. The host provides everything you could possibly want, I stay in a lot of places and this was the most thoughtfully stocked one I have ever seen.
