Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Vineyard provided much welcomed privacy. A fantastic location, waking up to the cows and sheep. It’s also located next to a couple great villages/towns.

United KingdomCouldn't think of anything I didn't like about it.
The setting of the Vineyard Hut was excellent, amongst the vines and surrounded by nature. The hut was clean and tidy upon arrival and had everything I needed for my 3 night stay. I even had the chance to use the hammock provided on one sunny afternoon.

United KingdomAbsolutely everything! Thank you to Lexi for our lovely stay. We hired both huts for the weekend, both are decorated beautifully and it was like our own personal glamping site. It's so peaceful and relaxing, just what we all needed. I suffer with my anxiety and find it hard to go camping because of how busy sites can be but this experience took all that anxiety away, I've already booked again for next year. The camp fire was a lovely touch, all facilities in the huts are excellent. So warm and cosy, even without the indoor fire on. The bed was so comfy too. Everything was 5* luxury including the outdoor bath which was lovely at sunset. Nothing was too much trouble for Lexi and it's great how well the site accommodates dogs.

United KingdomWhat an amazing break away. We stayed in the vineyard hut and it was absolutely perfect down to the finishing touches. In fact, we didn't want to come home. The first night the weather wasn't great but thanks to the book of recommendations we found a fantastic Italian restaurant in town. Second night was the full experience and honestly it was magical. We will definitely be coming back.

United Kingdom-
We stayed in the Vineyard hut and it was gorgeous. We never expected any less though as we've stayed at the other hut before and absolutely fell in love. The fence around the Vineyard hut was also great as we took our two dogs and it meant they could have some freedom aswell.

United KingdomOur second night the staff cut the grass around the whole campsite at about dinner time, so we had a couple of hours of lawnmower noise Whilst doing dinner and relaxing in the beautiful surroundings. That was a shame.
My partner and I thoroughly loved Bain View glamping site, so relaxed as we settled into our shepherds hut surrounded by grape vines, The campsite was well kept very tidy and natural.

United KingdomEverything was very comfortable, probably needs a new mattress though.
Was a stunning little place, we stayed in the Vineyard Hut and it was all fenced in so I knew my dog would be safe. The facilities are great, the other two hut/tent was free as well so we were able to let my dog off leash knowing it was all fenced in. I’m glad we paid extra for additional fire wood as we used it for the campfire / bush bath! They also put up birthday decorations for my partner as I mentioned it was his birthday which was an amazing touch!! :)

United KingdomSuch a relaxing place. Has everything you need to cook, and wash and has extra blankets in case you get cold at night. We went in April so was a bit nippy in the night. Lots of nature walks nearby too. We met the owner the 2nd night we were there with his dog and he was lovely. Will highly recommend it and will be back soon. Thank you again.

It was such a relaxing holiday with me my partner and my dog. They thought It through so well even putting an extra long lead so your dog can have a look around. If it's about windy we had a little hut to go in anx there's a little river. Inside the cabin it's nice and cozy with still enough room for all of us to walk around Id definitely recommend booking here,, you won't regret it!!
