Badgers Den is a very lovely place to stay. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The amenities were very high quality. We received a very warm welcome and were also provided with lots of treats. We were very happy to stay here.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was first class.

Badgers Den is absolutely beautiful. A hidden wee treasure surrounded by fields and woods with pheasants saying hello. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners John and Beth have thought of everything. Modern design with USB sockets for charging your phones, etc. Useful socket behind the TV if you wanted to bring your own Firestick and just chill (depending on the unpredictable Scottish weather). Excellent WiFi signal too. The kitchen has everything a kitchen at home would have. Dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, coffee machine, etc with useful instruction manuals all in a folder. There's plenty of glasses, cutlery, pots, storage containers, etc. The milk, homemade chocolate orange cookies, crisps and biscuits were a lovely personal touch. Given that it's a conversion above a double garage, you feel totally secluded and private. Stunning views over acres of fields. John and Beth are super friendly and helpful and even left us a lovely Easter egg on our departure day. We love this place so much so have booked to go back later in the year.

This is a hidden 💎, loved the badgers den, extremely welcoming, immaculate clean and all up to modern standards, the area is beautiful and quiet , the room was well equipped, can not fault this place . The price was extremely great value, (if anything they have under valued there selfs). Would Deffo recommend, and we will be back. Thanks again.

Amazing weekend break at the Badgers Den - quiet and private location, very comfy, modern, perfectly clean accomodation a few steps away from the main B&B building. 5 min drive to Linlithgow. I will definitely book again.

Having to leave ♥️

Everything about the den was fabulous. Sitting in the grounds of the family home and BnB, the setting was beautiful. Beth & Jonh were exceptionally welcoming. I didn't want for anything. The den was fully equipped in the kitchen, bathroom, sleeping and living area. The whole place was spotless and faultless. The lovely little touches from Beth with her scrumptious baking. Meeting the dogs was lovely. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the fields was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. It was far enough away but near enough to places of interest. I certainly didn't want to leave. I will definitely be back. Thank you Beth and John, my stay was just perfect ♥️

The whole experience was superb. We loved our stay and will be returning. The standard of accommodation and location is outstanding. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. The hosts were really welcoming and we appreciated the freshly made goodies that were left in the apartment for us. Excellent base for visiting the local area and for visiting Edinburgh. 100% recommend.

We had a lovely stay at The Badgers Den. The lovely host (Beth) met us on arrival and gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment was lovely, spacious and very clean. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the beautiful country side views. Only a short distance from the local train station where we travelled to Edinburgh for a concert. We will definitely stay here again ☺️ Thank you Beth x

Absolutely fantastic little place in a fantastic location. And great hosts...the home made flapjacks were absolutely delicious and a very nice touch. Brilliant views of the countryside and so peaceful and quiet.

I loved everything.

Everything was so beautiful. Only ten minutes drive from my house but was like a different world. Was so relaxing, me and my mum didn't want to leave. I took my mum here for her birthday and we went into the den where there were birthday banners and a cake in the fridge. Was beautiful.

The property is in a rural location, very peaceful, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and well equipped with everything that you need for a very comfortable stay. Wi-fi was rather slow, which was a mild hindrance to working on my laptop.

The hosts were so lovely. Made us feel so special with fresh homemade Pavlova, it was amazing. Location was perfect. We loved just sitting at night outside looking at the stars. The fresh air and nature is just amazing. It's such a great location to disconnect from the city life.

Beautiful location, ideally placed for touring a variety of locations and attractions. The balcony is a suntrap. Breakfast and sundown. Inside is modern and fresh with a well appointed kitchen and a huge comfy bed. The bathroom is well designed with a good shower. Lovely views across fields from balcony and so very quiet

We loved everything about it. A beautiful peaceful location, a very. Modern and comfortable studio apartment, well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Our host left us some delicious home baking one morning on our doorstep, such a lovely surprise to wake up to! A fabulous stay, we absolutely recommend it!

The Badgers Den is perfect in every way. It is very comfortable, beautifully decorated and equipped in everything you would possibly need including dishwasher and washing machine. Very clean. It is surrounded by never ending green which you can admire from the terrace. The sounds of nature make you feel relaxed and calm. The location is perfect too. Only few minutes away from Linlithgow but also right in the middle between Edinburgh and Glasgow. The hosts are soo lovely and ready to help if you would need anything or just had a question. Can’t wait to go back and stay there again.

We were delighted with everything!

Fabulous studio in a great location, overlooking beautiful countryside. Clean, comfortable and cosy with all required amenities for an extended stay. Extra large bed and a big shower. Very peaceful setting and easy parking. Lovely personal touches included by the owner to make you feel very welcome and at home. Second time we have stayed here and won't be the last. Very highly recommended.

Badger’s Den is in a beautiful and quiet country location. It is very private and looks out onto open fields and woodland. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, spacious and had all the facilities we needed. The bed was extra comfy!
