You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Excellent spa facilities. Very good breakfast with lots of choices of cooked breakfast. Room well equipped with everything you need including comfy bathrobes and slippers that fit.

United KingdomThe bar staff were awful !! There were two of them on the night we stayed we came back from a take that concert and wanted a drink. It was ten to eleven and both of them were rude and just said it’s shutting speak to the night porter! Appalling! The night porter however was brilliant despite the fact that his colleagues had left him with no stock and no other staff plus some irate customers! ( other than us) he went out of his way to help . It’s a shame because the hotel and facilities are good but it’s unlikely I will stay again due to the rudeness I encountered

We really enjoyed the ambience. The gardens and outside seating/eating area were really nice. Also the spa area was very nice and relaxing. Particularly being supplied with robes and slippers. The fridge in the room was an asset and very useful. The tea and coffee biscuits, etc.. there was a good selection. The breakfast was very good quality food and was hot and cooked well.
