1. The dinning chairs & table are broken and not good at all. 2. A family of 4 was given only 1 toilet roll for 3nights stay(not good enough). 3. Extra bed linings(bed sheets) were not provided. 4. Beverages ☕️ (tea bags or sugar) was not provided at all. There should atleast be a complimentary tea bags or even a bottle water please.

Parking restrictions cause problems, the apartment needs repairs to improve safety for children, chairs are falling apart, the sharp edge of the broken bathtub cover, the light switch behind the wardrobe, the child cannot turn it on at night, single mattresses need replacing or at least toppers.

Good size, quite well equipped, clean apartment in a great location.

The mattress could do with being replaced. I felt the windows needed a restrictor esp being upstairs and being so hot. With a young one I was scared to open them. Could do with a fan.

Lovely quiet street with pretty Victorian lights.other residents were quiet and polite. Well equipped. Having a washer was an added bonus. Great base for exploring. Hosts were helpful. Despite a few issues I would definitely use again.

Mattresses had noticeable dips.

Lovely clean flat. Amazing hotel quality towels. Everything had been thought of- a toilet roll, kitchen towels, washing liquid and scourer and dishcloth.

Toilet seat needs tightening.. Headboard loose but easily fixed. Could benefit from a mattress topper.

I stayed here whilst working at the theatre. Comfortable bed. Nice fresh bedding. Quiet at night. Plenty of towels. Hairdryer, iron and drying rack provided. Well equipped kitchen. Near to town centre shops, bars and theatre. Host was quick to respond with any questions. I would book again if in the area again.

It's in a residency area so the environment is very quiet. It's a walk distance to shopping mall, university, metro station. The staff are very helpful and response very quick.

See heating information above. See car parking restrictions above. Location doesn't look the best but it was OK for what we needed. No major concerns.

Parking restrictions on Monday morning were a bit of a pain but overall very happy with the accommodation and the location. Our apartment was perfectly acceptable but the heating had been left on in the second apartment we booked and it took 24 hours to reach a reasonable temperature.

There was no tea, coffee or sugar. We were only there for 2 nights and most air bnbs provide this with milk sachets. Place was a bit isolated from shops etc so we couldnt buy milk or bread for breakfast Entrance/ hall was very tatty and did not give an initial good impression although flat itself was fine

It was very quiet at night so we slept well, good quality TV and clean bathroom

Very easy contact and communication with owner. Quiet Environment but just 5 mins walk to the city centre. Comfortable apartment. Everything you need for a pleasent stay.

The bed could do with a mattress cover as you could feel the flower joins and springs! I sleep really well anywhere but some nights it took a while, also with it being the garden flat, the bins were right by the bedroom window so could do with a net curtain. Also woke up to work going on one morning outside the bedroom window! Didn’t last too long, but I would say be mindful of people sleeping in the bedroom! I think it may have been a plumbing issue as the toilet sometimes had an issue flushing. Overall was a wonderful stay though.

Great as it is self contained, lovely to have a living room, kitchen and bedroom all separate! There was mid-stay cleaning offered and when I informed them of some bits that could be cleaned, this happened straight away!

Not much of a walk from the city centre and you’ll find this modest apartment. it’s basic but good enough.
