We were a little bit too far from the main areas as we walked everywhere and sometimes had a tired toddler to carry or push.

Rockly Park is a great place to stay with children and also for all ages.

I didn’t like the steps going in to the caravan. My daughter has autism and don’t walk we had to carry her but that’s my fault for not checking assesibility. And the tv in the bedroom had no signal.

First time in a caravan but it was very spacious homely and comfortable

The owner/cleaners loitering on our departure...yes we could see you!! Hanging around from about 9.30, we left at 9.55 but it did leave a bad taste and slightly spoiled our stay. Bed was clanky and noisy and could do with some attention.

Caravan and its location was lovely and just what we expected, shame the weather was not so nice!

Not enough hooks to put clothes on bathroom no toilet roll holder.The grass verge between caravans needs attention especially in the winter.

No WiFi Parking space very small.

The caravan was clean, comfortable and warm with a great shower. Easy to find at night with outdoor lighting.

Due to very wet conditions the area for parking the car had been very badly churned up by previous vehicles so we were unable to park near the property, that wasnt a problem for us but it did give the appearance of being neglected and not a good first impression. The road is narrow around the site and cars find it difficult to pass, hence all the churned up grassed areas.

We went out of season so park was closed to public and none of facilities were open which suited us as we dont like the crowds. Very few people on the site, only a short walk to the nature reserve.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed. It was way to soft. I have had a lot of back pain. I organized myself from friends a mattress, which I put in the living room on the floor. I slept there after three nights in the bed a lots of back pain. This solution worked for me. I am aware, that another person might like the soft bed...

It is a beautiful and big mobile home.

Previous occupant didn’t clean the grill pan. The kitchen cupboards and fridge doors are not very easy to open (smooth, shallow handles. No good for people with fingernails) Dogs aren’t allowed in the park bar.

Great location, not too far to walk to the beach and a handy bus stop opposite reception. Soap and toilet paper provided.

Nothing, couldn't fault it. maybe its mega busy in summer but off season its perfect.

Poole is a great area and the park is lots bigger than we thought, there's a beach nearby and kids play area where locals go windsurfing, we stopped for fireworks weekend which was a great display even with bad weather. The static is well placed clean, well equipped , nothings too much trouble for the owners.

Lily- wasn’t very clean. One bed was broken, pillows and covers and under sheets not clean had stains on. Someone’s boxers left under the bed and used tissues left under the bed. Caravan hadn’t had a good clean before we arrived.

The reception signal was very poor and the duvets were rustly. Sounded like scrunched up newspaper every time I moved in bed.
