We liked that they allowed dogs and provided throws for the sofa and bed. Great dog walks on Ham Common. The shower was superb for a caravan.

Lots of drunk people wandering around in fancy dress but perhaps that was just the weekend we went. The actual holiday park was a bit rough and there was no availability for the swimming pool.

Unable to sit out and relax on the balcony as settee too big to allow room for knees when sitting down. Only seating for two plus two on small stools outside. General cleanliness could be better.

The property was in a good location with easy parking. Easy to walk to the beach and local Ham Common with the dog. Property had most things needed for a break away. Owners responded quickly to a problem with the fridge.

the caravan next to jacaranda had a couple of dogs and the holiday goers left them alone and from about 7pm until midnight they barked on stop. which caused some frustration as my toddler could not sleep.

Wasn’t able to access TV channels as signal wasn’t great for aerial. It could benefit from a better TV maybe a Smart TV including wifi however only a minor improvement. Cooker and shower could benefit from being cleaner but more an improvement for the cleaning company who provide this service on behalf of owner.

Location good, spacious for a small family, heating was very efficient facilities were good, beds comfortable and shower hot and powerful.

The single beds in the second bedroom were a bit small. We did have some heating problems but the maintenance staff were very quick to resolve the problem. We didn't have wifi at our accommodation.

It was in a great location. The accommodation was well equipped. It was pet friendly which suited us well. Also there was a lot of activities for our grandkids.

The electricity kept shorting, after we got security out the first time, my husband knew what to do, so we didn’t have to bother them again. It was very cold, The fire gives out little heat. We borrowed a heater, but there should be at least one in the caravan. This is not why the electric kept going off, it just seemed that if we had the kettle, hairdryer and toaster plugged in, it was too much, so we were then careful what we had on at the same time. This was in April, the temperature would not be an issue in the Summer.

It was quite a busy weekend when we arrived but we were disappointed that the cafe near the beach was shut. Maybe take into account the bookings to give a better service at busier times. The place we stayed in was lovely but could have done with a deep clean around edges of bathroom sink around units, toilet and shower etc. But not bad enough to put us off going again. My single bed l could feel the springs.

It was so nice to walk to the beach. There seemed to be lots to do in season. It was great to go Christmas shopping from, but just as nice to sit and relax in as it was very comfortable.

Considering it is a dog friendly site it's a shame you can only eat outside with your pets, this forced us to eat off site

The beds are - unsurprisingly - small. We knew this and planned to stay one night only on the way to the ferry at Poole. Not a criticism, but if someone were staying for a while, the beds might be too cramped.

Immaculately clean, quiet location, really clear directions to site.
