Quiet location but close to amenities. Excellent facilities and ideal for exploring the area. Particularly liked the scones and some milk in the fridge on arrival, all in all a great place to stay.

Quiet location, but local shops / pubs. I walked to local nature reserves and used the buses (which are really easy to get around on) to get to Castle Rising, Sandringham and Hunstanton. The room was perfect and had everything I needed.

Lovely place to stay. Very clean and modern, nice quiet location with ducks and chickens in the garden. Snettisham is a lovely village ideally located for exploring North Norfolk. We were completely independent with our own key to come and go as we pleased....Just perfect for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved it all. I couldn't fault anything.

The location was in a little road in a very quiet village. The village Co-op shop was about 5mins drive and there was an excellent pub in the village that did very tasty food. The beaches were about 15mins drive and very clean because they were part of a RSPB wild life reserve.

There’s nothing not to like.

What a beautiful warm welcome with homemade scones, jam and cream, fresh flowers, tea and coffee making items and milk in the fridge!! An amazing home from home with everything we needed.

There was nothing to dislike. If I was being picky the bed was just a little soft for my taste.

The property is quite small but it was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The owners even left us milk in the fridge and scones with jam and cream to welcome us. It is ideally situated for visiting the beaches and bird reserves of north west Norfolk. The lovely chickens came to welcome us too.

Can’t think of anything about the property we didn’t like! Only slight problem was finding it but I’d say that was more my satnavs problem than the actual property haha.

It was absolutely lovely, me and my girlfriend found it very comfortable, the host was so helpful and welcoming and we had everything we needed there.

Struggled alittle wif hob at beginning. But owner helped us .poss if was colder ..wasn't sure hiw to put heating on etc .

A very cosy part of a bungalow where the owners lived. An ideal base for exploring Sandringham, the North Norfolk Coast and Kings Lynn. A 7 day stay much enjoyed

A nice welcome all the makings for afternoon tea. 😀 good quality furnishings and crockery etc. Everything in place for a much needed relaxing break. Megan gave us time to settle in before she came to see if we had everything we needed. A wonderful stay

It's not the easiest to find as it's an apartment at the back of the owners house and isn't signposted or marked in any way . The bathroom could do with a blind at the window ideally but overall I was very happy with my stay.

Lovely annex, very clean and comfortable. Good location for visiting Hunstanton, Snettisham and Sandringham. Quiet road , very peaceful.
