Beautiful lodge/caravan right on the lake, very slightly away from the site entertainment area which made it extremely peaceful. Would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway

I loved how homely and welcoming it felt and was very clean. We loved how it’s right on the lake and enjoyed the swing chair to watch the swans. It was well equipped so we didn’t have to worry about needing anything.

The villa is located on a perfect spot on the lake. The veranda has lovely seating areas so you can sit and enjoy the view and it’s so peaceful. The villa was clean and very comfortable and homely for me and my family and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and more. Victoria is very good at communicating and making sure we have all the info and access to facilities etc. I would highly recommend for a peaceful, comfortable break away.

Loved our stay. Property is good size and there was a plenty of room for all of us. Kids and adults enjoyed the stay. Definitely better than hotel rooms. I’m really glad we chose Auroras Dream Losge. Property was and clean and excellent location.

Loved it all. A little more expensive than I would have expected but the position was worth the extra cost.

The lodge was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed and more. Perfect setting overlooking Mallard Lake. An amazing view to wake up to every morning.

Auroras Dream was a dream! The lodge was very comfortable and spotlessly clean with a beautiful view from the porch over the water. It's obviously well-cared for and is like a home away from home. The park was quiet and the facilities (indoor and outdoor swimming pool, soft play) were brilliant for our young family.

Limited parking access on arrival due to building works on neighbouring property. The proximity of neighbouring properties made noisy neighbours frustrating, particular workmen staying to the rear who disturbed us every morning at 6:30am

Beautifully finished accommodation with lovely touches. Great view of the pond. Brilliant WiFi speeds. All essentials included. Very comfortable beds and furniture.

The shower head kept falling off and hot water runs low easily. I hope this could be improved as it always runs cool after my hair wash.

Location is great with a fab view over the lake. the swing chair is a plus. We received very warm greetings from the host and the bed is very comfy. There is even an air bed for use if someone wants to have more space!

The lodge was absolutely stunning. Clean. Excellent location and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, best I have slept in. Victoria the host was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and the welcome pack was lovely. It was a very peaceful and the wildlife was lovely to watch. Victoria obviously takes great pride in her lodge and this shows. The accommodation is immaculate and very well presented. The location is excellent for exploring the Cotswolds. The owner communicated with us very well and replied to us promptly. The lodge was decorated for Halloween, which the children loved ~ a very thoughtful touch! If you are thinking about booking them go for it! Thank you, we loved your lodge. A very happy customer!

Th swing chair is in the wrong position, it would be better to have the table and chairs facing the lake.

The welcome pack was a very nice surprise, the lodge is very comfortable with everything you need. The site is nice and the people are friendly.

We booked this place for a family holiday. On arrival, we noticed the place was much smaller than we expected. The second bedroom is literally 0.5M by 1M. The bathrooms were VERY small. The shower was tiny and the hot water was irregular. The TV hardly worked as the reception was VERY poor. The lodge also had spiders all over it inside the living room and the bedrooms. My kids could not stay and we left after one night. We tried to get a refund from the host but she refused. I waisted good three days between the host and bookings.com team trying to get a refund but she still refused to offer any compensation. My argument was the presence of spider is mentioned in the welcome pack when we arrived to the lodge but it is never mentioned in the description of bookings.com. This should have been mentioned in the property description to avoid any misunderstanding. Guests may not be happy with spiders inside the property and this should have been clearly mentioned but it was not. I would never go there again. After requesting a refund from bookings.com they contacted the host again and she agreed to refund only one night. I would advise anyone not to go to this lodge. Small, very average facilities and has a lot of spiders.

The facilities in the park are OK, nothing special. It is very average.

Everything. It was next to a lake which had only algae formed on it. There were insects / spiders and mosquitos. No mosquito repellent patches. Spiders every where. Big webs formed in rooms / bathrooms / kitchen. No fan in this heat. It was so so hot we couldn’t sleep. And it was suffocating. Super bad experience.
