Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe breakfast was in a separate area that I couldn’t take the dog in. I completely understand this and it’s not a negative for the hotel. Just one of the obstacles you meet when travelling solo with a dog. The staff minded the dog while I ran through and collected breakfast items. Again, this isn’t a complaint… more an inconvenience.
Breakfast - selection was very good… a mix of continental and fully cooked options. Main menu - the food was worth travelling for! A mix of traditional and Romanian dishes. Room- very clean (with mini fridge). The bathroom was well stocked with good products. Due to a ferry cancellation I booked this hotel for 3 nights. It made a delay much easier to cope with, and part of my holiday. When they state the checking at 4 pm they meant by the way. The hotel is closed after check out until check in. The hospitality was excellent by the way.

United KingdomOur room, room 5, was very small & I feel should be marketed as a single room or a small double. With the bed being against the wall it makes it difficult to get in and out of bed with 2 of you. There was nowhere to sit or put clothes other than the bed. There is also very limited space to put luggage without it being a trip hazard for getting to and from the bathroom or out of the door.
The room, bathroom and facilities throughout the accommodation were immaculately clean, Really liked special touches like shower gel and biscuits in room.

GermanyThe room was so small we hardly had a space for our overnight bags. There is literally nothing for some time expect this hotel and a lot of scenery.
Nice hotel to stay for one night if you are on a road trip through Scotland. Plenty parking spaces, quiet location even though directly besides the road, but there is not much traffic :-). Nice breakfast buffet and choices. The restaurant food at night was very good.

The location is remote, and there are limited hotels, especially at short notice. The accommodation was comfortable and clean and the food was good.

United KingdomThere was a significant issue with the water supply, as we experienced a water outage for nearly 4-5 hours in the evening. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not manage the situation as effectively as we had hoped.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short distance from Glascarnoch Dam, making it perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Our room was nice and had a great view. Parking was convenient and stress-free, adding to the overall ease of our stay. The food was enjoyable, and we had an excellent experience overall. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
