The property was very stylish clean and comfortable. The location was great and having parking too was a bonus.

A bottle of water was provided although a pint of milk would have been more helpful. Towels as others have mentioned are not to the same standard as the rest of the facilities.

Communications from Joe ahead of arrival and during our stay were excellent. The instructions for entry were very clear and we felt safe and the location was perfect with the town centre only a short walk away. The apartment was clean and we loved the outdoor area but sadly the weather wasn't suitable. Maybe a visit next summer could be on the cards. It was a quiet location and

Everythink Everythink Everythink only one thing had w bedrooms one bedroom had tv on wall so I would say other room should have tv even if dont like watching tv in bed least if wanted to you can but that's the only fault rest off the apartment was fabulous x

Parking and entry instructions were a little complicated but this was just a minor thing.

Mattresses were memory foam, which was great for some but not the preference of others.

Great location, easy access to central Harrogate. Bright, modern apartment with very pleasant deck space as an added bonus. The apartment appeared fairly new with nice, working equipment including washer. The hosts were great to work with.

The only thing we’d like to note is that the towels were a little on the small side.

The property was lovely - clean, comfortable and inviting. It was right next to the convention centre which was perfect and had all the things we needed for the few days we were there. Joe was also very helpful.

Everything was fine.

Lovely property in a great location, close to the town centre, shops, bars and restaurants. We booked this as we were visiting the theatre and that was a short walk away. The space was warm, comfortable and stylishly furnished. Lots of hot water and clean towels in the two bathrooms. The beds were cosy and had fresh bedding on. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge was a good size. Free parking, WiFi and the TV was good. Our host provided tea, coffee, milk and bottled water. Would recommend this place to friends and family as we really enjoyed our stay. The host was easy to communicate with and sent us messages asking us if we were enjoying our stay. THANK YOU

We arrived later than the time I had stated and the shutters to the garage were closed. The instructions I had to retrieve the keys were based on an earlier arrival . It was quite a challenge to work out how and where to enter the property and where from there to find the key box - especially in the dark . We did eventually work it out but it might be an idea to include instructions for entry both before and after 7.00 pm in case of delays.

Lovely , airy comfortable property, with everything you could need ( other than a little scrubby for cleaning the grill pan! Small point ) would definitely book again.

Lovely quiet location but still close to all of the amenities of the town centre. We were meeting up with friends and this was a half way point and had everything we needed, except for possibly a second tea towel :-). Comfortably accommodated two couples for a weekend. Communication was excellent from the hosts.

For wheelchair access: our concern for my brother-in-law, who cannot stand or walk and uses a wheelchair all day, was access to the toilet and sink in the bathroom. We knew that there weren't railings around the toilet which would allow him to easily transfer to the toilet from his wheelchair, but we assumed from the pictures that there would be enough room around the toilet for him to transfer. We should have done a video tour with Joe, the manager, or followed up in more detail. There wasn't enough space from the preferred direction and enough support in the appropriate place near the toilet for him to access the toilet and transfer safely. So, while the apartment was spacious and covered our cooking and stay needs in all other ways, that was one which -- through our own fault -- it did not.
