We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Our small room overlooking a roof was pretty expensive considering we had just come from a fabulous manor house in St Davids and the price was the same. per night. Also a non alcoholic gin and tonic and a bottle of beer cost £16 which seems vastly overpriced,
Location perfect. Hotel as a private great area across the road for a coffee or lunchtime snack or pre dinner drinks overlooks the beach, Bed very comforable and shower great too. All very spotless. Superb breakfast with quality back bacon cooked to perfection. Good choice of pastries and cereals too. All staff are very welcoming and personable.

The whole hotel was immaculate , as was my room. All the staff i spoke to including reception , dining room bar staff and room prep team and the gardener , were so helpful and polite. I needed an extra night at short notice , the reception team were fantastic, no hassle. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice and specials if you wanted more choice. The outside Italian gardens just across the road ,are immaculatley kept and the outside seating area with the sea view was stunning. the hotels own car park was 40mts away and really handy. Very good Hotel .

United KingdomA bit tired. No dinner available in the hotel (which worked out okay because it got me out and exploring even though I was tired). The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the pillows were super flat.
Loved the location and the staff were lovely and a good laugh. Great parking. Clean and smelled good.

United KingdomThey say on listing there is parking, however not got a parking space for every room, should be pointed out before you PAY for hotel. This is only pointed out once you have paid, and they want full cost up front. Seems unusual to pre pay for hotel, especially on Booking.com.

Breakfast room, plentiful of food choices or alternatively continental options. Staff always very helpful and friendly and willing to assist when requested. Well done by all the staff.
