The optional breakfast, which we did not pay for, was basically breakfast in a bag. No matter, there are several excellent establishments nearby. Nanis was our go to.

A 10 minute walk from nearest tube stations in a very nice area of London, this hotel is comfortable rather than luxurious. It's a clean and comfortable place to lay your head after busy days and nights. The staff were on duty around the clock and eager to help.

The reception staff was not particularly helpful, a bit snarky, especially the men on the afternoon shifts. There is a pub nearby which I thought would be fun, and it was but it also meant streetside rooms were noisy. The coffee pods were only free on the first day.

The location was convenient to all sights, either by public transportation or walking. It was very clean. There were plenty of options for eating out that were not packed like the places.

The lack of air con. Only having 1 pillow which was very soft. The mattress was quite hard which is personal pretence to be fair. Could not get the coffee machine to work but kettle was a good second option

Breakfast was not something you should call a breakfast....brown paper bag in the basement, with stale croissant, yogurt and an orange juice bottle. Also, would be nice to get a refill on the coffee station, kind of special to have to buy a refill pods for the machine.

Great location, nice neighbourhood, simple to get around. We were three in one room, enough space but would have loved to have more counter space. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Price was a bit steep but it is central London so that is what it is…..

The location was great. Easy walking to most sites in central London and to Underground stations. Lots of pubs, restaurants and shops within easy walking. Staff was great!

The breakfast was awful and let the hotel down. There’s continental breakfast but this was a hostel breakfast picking up a brown paper bag with a frozen croissant, yogurt, with an orange juice in a board room with tables all in a row.

Was disappointed when I first checked in because of the loud underground noise, but the staff has been arranging relatively quiet rooms. Other than that nothing bad.

Breakfast was satisfactory although it was past breakfast time but the staff gave us take away food and coffee. The room was clean especially the bathroom. Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Registration form stipulates if carpet stained during stay a £240 charge will apply. This was also highlighted to me by the receptionist. Not sure why such a high charge as carpet cleaner doesn't cost this much! On entering room , multiple stains on carpet so felt had to video carpet to avoid charge! Very little. You can hear the underground but that was all. Only one pillow and two would be good. We got in late so didn’t ask for a second which I’m sure they would supply.
