We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I regretted me staying there. * No heater: I complained to the receptionist that the heater in my room was not on and it was really freezing last night. What he said to me was that the heater has a timer which it will switch on itself. The heater wasn’t on throughout my stay in the hotel * Unkept: The room and bathroom were so dirty and unkept. I was so disappointed when I saw the room and bathrooms really dirty in such a way. * Poor Customer’s Service: Their Customer’s Service was really poor. Sincerely they really to do well because such an hotel is not suppose to be on this app it will makes it lose its prestige. Thanks for your usual support

Room was NOT as advertised. Dirty and undecorated. Nothing like the pictures. The bathroom light didn't work, there were protruding wires on the heater mains cable, and the room smelt. I ended up coming home instead of staying!

The whole hotel needs a thorough deep clean and perhaps refurbishing. As soon as you walk in, the place stinks of sewage and the sell does not go away even when you reach the second floor. When I sat down on THE chair (I did book for two people), the very heavy, metal curtain rail came down and smashed into my head. The shower in the bathroom was a very high step up and the hose and head were not fitted to the wall... The only good point is that the water was hot and the shower head did give me the a good amount to feal clean; which was needed because the whole room and bedroom was so dirty that I felt I needed it. The bed felt like it had no mattress, it was like lying on a brick and it was very hard to sleep, as I kept waking up, needing to turn due to the pain. The bedding and pillows smelt so bad that I had to sleep with joggers and a jumper on, so that I did not get under the 3 millimeter depth (I'm not exagerating) duvet. and I had to cover the pillows in my coat. It was disgusting and i FELT VERY SCARED AS MY DOOR WOULD NOT LOCK FROM THE INSIDE, and so I had to put everything heavy against it. Staff-wise, there was a very nice man at the login area who helped me with my bags as he could see I was struggling... The guy on the way out was grumpy. There are a lot of rooms and A LOT of staircases with very steep steps... Best not to book this hotel if you have a slight, or worse, disability.

The place was terrifying, i was with my and 18 year old autistic son who they gave a room up in the attic miles away from me. We were there 20 mins and handed keys back and ran as we felt so uncomfortable
