The flights of stairs as we were on the top floor. I could not see this mentioned anywhere on booking.com at the time of booking. It was a struggle as I was having problems with my back and legs at the if the holiday. There was also no light on one of the flights of stairs and needed phone torch to see the key hole

Nothing everything we wanted

Lovely large apartment, bedrooms nice size with very comfortable beds. The living room is a very good size with a large dining table and two very comfortable sofas nice room to relax after a long day. Kitchen had everything we needed including a washing machine. Location was sport on close to everywhere we wanted to be. All in all a very nice apartment will definitely be going again.

There are lots of stairs to get up and they aren't well lit. Not great for elderly or people with visual impairment even if fit. Stairs between bedrooms and bathroom were a surprise. I should have asked more questions about accessibility.

The minor negative thing about the flat was there was no light in the corridor leading to the flat. This is a trip hazard.

The property could do with some TLC. The flooring is uneven and creaky at points and the plumbing in the bathroom is noisy! There are some finishing touches that are still needed and some small improvements that could go a long way. Adding small things in the kitchen - basics in a pack maybe, would be highly appreciated. Some board games or toys in the house would be great for families and some books in the house maybe? This would give it a more homely feel. A fan might be needed as well.

The location is fantastic and the property is newly renovated. There are a few steps in the property and it is on a split level. The property is very close to the shops and high street. For families and people exploring North Wales, this is great as it is very close to the North Wales expressway.

Colwyn Bay unfortunately could do with some kind of investment but I wouldn’t put that against the owners of the property. Kitchen could do with a deep clean but not horrendous, boiler seems to have been dropped in there and paint work needs extra attention.

Great instructions of how to get in. A good location working Colwyn Bay approx 10 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of parking.

Area had depressed feel. people walking up and down outside talking loudly to themselves. Very steep stairs not suitable for older folk . Stair rail detached from wall at top of staircase. Strong smell of sewage in kitchen area.

Reasonable distance to promenade. Parking on the premises. Brewery nearby. Decor very nice, bed comfortable, front room very pleasant.

Slight musty smell coming in (but this could be to do with structure of building) & flushing the toilet lead to very noisy plumbing response. Downstairs neighbours a bit noisy, but that’s life!

Modern, very spacious & clean. Great to have Wi-Fi & tv use. The Welcome Pack was excellent help to get to know the area quickly too.
