Our room was nice but quite small, ok for a short stay. Only thing that wasn’t good, was 2 large full laundry bags left outside our room in the corridor the whole time we were there. Didn’t leave much room to get passed. A very big trip hazard

Stayed here before, staff are very friendly and helpful, in a lovely location, breakfast is great. The bar has a great view and lots of seating.

The rooms a bit dated could do with a revamp , nets and curtains could be replaced,paint work and walls upgrade...especially the bathrooms...

Looks like they have just repainted throughout the communal area..so looks pretty.. the bar chairs are so comfy and the view from the bar lounge window is amazing.. I have to say breakfast was amazing, hot not one item cold.. well done to the cook..staff friendly..location fantastic ..and the hotel was nice and quiet whilst trying to sleep which is always a massive bonus no banging doors noise etc.

Just a fridge in the bedroom would of been handy. Bar hours and service could be better. Shower a little small.

An outstanding gluten free breakfast, prepared after ordering, quickly delivered by very helpful and friendly staff. Also the problem we had with a noisy fan was efficiently dealt with by staff.

Well located hotel, close to town and beach, with great views, and helpful, friendly staff. We were delighted to be offered breakfast in the bar area as we were travelling with our dog and did not want to leave her alone in our room.

The rooms are out dated the mattress in the room was very cheap and extremely uncomfortable and they need to replace their pillow's. For £100 a night it wasn't worth it in my experience I've stayed at better hotels for the same price with better facilities and breakfast's

On our second night we heard very loud Musik though until 7:30am the next day. After asking at the reception desk (which is closed at night) we found out that they forgot to switch off the music at the bar. Our room was above the bar and that’s why we’ve heard it so loud.

I stayed in room 006. It was a bit like staying in my granny’s back bedroom. It’s a bit tired and the plumbing, shower probably needs sorting/changing. However I felt safe there and look forward to seeing how the garden turns out.

I can see how much hard work is going in to make this a great hotel. The breakfast room and bar are lovely spaces. The staff were really kind and caring, especially during checking in and out, during breakfast. My bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom and decor were very dated. The shower seemed to be from the 1980s. Wood chip on the walls.

Bit of confusion over the complimentary drink options (some of us not told about the kind offer at all!), and the end time for breakfast (a few of us were told different times!). Also whether we could leave our keys behind and collect them after a function we were attending, around 1am. No one on reception when I checked out, so left my room key amongst many others on the desk (even though owner/manager was nearby and saw me), so check out wasn't at all friendly!

Very friendly and welcoming check-in. Small single room, but fine for an overnight stay. Everywhere very clean and tidy. Nice breakfast.
