Great hosts, very welcoming. Lovely little b&b close to town & the Playhouse, which is where we wanted to be for our night seeing Marti Pellow. Lovely clean room, fantastic breakfast delivered to our room in a little basket. Great place to stay, would highly recommend.

Quaint, extremely comfortable. Iain and Di were very helpful, even when faced with a slight wheelchair hire dilemma we were facing. Very thankful to them for understanding and helping us out.

The bed was two singles together and it squeaked and creaked loudly everytime we moved. The headboards weren't lined up and they knocked on the wall

An excellent location to explore Stratford. On a main thoroughfare but noise isn’t a problem. Parking is free and off street a few doors up which is also convenient. An excellent breakfast and great hosts. A great dinner option nearby is the Four Seasons Vietnamese restaurant.

Only minor feedback really - the room and particularly the separate bathroom was a little small, although dimensions were accurately advertised. Those used to quieter locations will find the front rooms facing the busy main road (meters from the albeit double-glazed windows) noisy at all times other than at the very dead of night and could perhaps opt to book a room at the rear of the house. The traffic, including many very heavy vehicles, is unremitting and at peak times was often in standing queues, in both directions. The pre-ordered room service 'breakfast basket' is a novel idea and a tasty hot and cold selection, but some people will prefer a traditional dining room format.

The property is well located and easy to find. There is free parking, which is at a premium in this location, although it is up a rather narrow alley (the biggest cars today won't fit) and it's on quite rough ground. Check-in is in-person, and easy to complete. There is ample guest information. The owners are very helpful, pleasant and professional. The decor, fixtures and fittings are of a high standard, inside and externally. Everywhere is kept very clean. The wi-fi is fast and easy to access. There is ample choice for breakfast.

Shower very temperamental, but as only stopping one night was not a problem.

Friendly greeting on arrival. Nothing too much trouble for owners. Great location (3 minutes from town centre). Quiet street so slept really well. Breakfast in room amazing - high quality products. Would definitely return.
