    Absolutely nothing

Lovely little place in a tranquil village about 15 min drive from Skeggie. Very very clean and modern. Had everything we needed and more. Dogs had an enclosed area which was great. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Only thing to let it down was the British weather! Would loved to have explored the village more. Thank you for a lovely break

The open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room for us had too many large chairs and one too many little tables which needed moving to accommodate the dog's bed and every time we wanted to open the table up to eat.

Jon was extremely helpful and accommodating. Especially, after we forgot something on departure and had to arrange it's collection. He supplied excellent and accurate directions and knowledge of the area. The teacakes, milk and tea/coffee were a useful and appreciated touch. The cottage is very tastefully decorated, clean, modern and well presented. The shower cubicle is a great size and the shower is powerful. The layout is a great use of the space. Enough to accommodate our family and dog. Parking was easy with lots of space, I'd recommend reversing into the drive. The dogs mat and bowls in the cupboard were a nice touch. There was bin suitable for dog waste several doors down the road. The kitchen was well equipped. There is a smart TV and Wi-Fi. Despite being next to their house, it still feels private and outside table and chairs will be fantastic on warm days.

There wasn't anything that none of us didn't like,

The cottage was fantastic its been made to a very high standard, very clean and tidy, it was lovely and warm too. The hosts were very nice, they were polite and very friendly. There was tea, coffee, milk, sugar and shortbread on arrival which is a very nice gesture after the travelling. We will most definitely go back and stay there again.

    Everything was perfect

This little cottage is amazing, it’s lovely and cosy, beautifully finished with its own little courtyard. The owners Jon and Liz are very friendly leaving little treats such as milk and plum loaf. They are also very considerate when travelling with pets leaving dog bowls, treats and blanket available for our furry friend. I would definitely recommend this little cottage in the countryside with only a 7mile drive into Skegness. I will definitely visit again we had a lovely peaceful couple of days Thank you Jon and Liz for allowing us to visit your wonderful cottage it was amazing.

    There’s was nothing I didn’t like

We loved everything about the cottage, so cosy and comfortable ! Home from home. I Made Sunday dinner on Christmas Day and there was everything I needed, it had all been thought through by the owners. We loved the decoration inside the cottage, it’s all been tastefully done. We took our dog with us, I loved the fact that we could put a fleece on the sofa so that we didn’t need to worry about mucky paws. I will definitely be going again, maybe in the summer next time. We had a lovely chat with the owners, they made us feel very welcome

There was nothing to dislike, its a little gem

Ash cottage is so modern and extremely clean and has everything you need. Location is great for visiting Skegness about 20/30 mins drive and 5 minute drive to lovely village with good dog friendly eateries and takeaways and convenience stores. Although we didn't manage to meet the owners they kept us well informed of things and left lovely touches like dog treats and milk and a plum loaf. There is also a little outside area for sitting out when the weather allows which is gated so great if you have dogs or small kids

I took my family to stay at Ash Cottage and we all loved staying there. The cottage is very modern and comfortable. Infact I had the best nights sleep in a long while. The hosts are very friendly and most welcoming on our arrival and throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back on a regular basis and we will recommend staying to our friends and family also.

NA.... nothing we can name honestly

The whole stay from the apartment to the hosts we liked. It was a great short stay and reasonably priced in a Modern cottage with tranquil surroundings. It honestly felt like a home to home experience. The hosts were friendly, kind, helpful and knowledgeable about local surroundings and things to do to make the most of the visit.

The staff is amazing! They really seem to love working there and really care about the place and their guests. It felt really cozy and warm. The place is great, everything is new, enough things in the kitchen, towels. Dogs welcome. We got a bottle of wine when we left 😊 I recommend and we will definitely come again x

We didn’t like that in booking.com the pictures made it look bigger than what it was and it was a little smaller than expected.

We liked how quiet the location was. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. The cottage had a good heating system that worked quickly so you don’t have to wait for them to warm up after coming in from the cold.

There is nothing not to like about Ash cottage its perfect in every way

Upon entering the ample spaced driveway to Ash cottage ,the hosts Liz and Jon met us as we parked . You couldn’t wish for more warmer , friendlier and very hospitable people like you’ve known them a life time .When we stepped in Ash cottage we were blown away by the space and how ultra modern it is .Liz and Jon done the decorating themselves and it’s really finished to a very high standard too . Every mod con you will ever need. For us Ash cottage was our very own little piece of heaven tucked away into the Lincolnshire countryside . We had tea outside and the quietness was deafening it was pure bliss . We will happily reccomend this to anyone and everyone . Liz and Jon thankyou so much for your very warm welcome and tough to say goodbye too. But one thing is sure we will be back . All the best for the future Tracey & Martin
