The bedrooms smoke/fire alarm light was so bright it light up the room blue and was a nightmare to get to sleep. Turned out the living room was the same my friend said. Which wasn’t ideal since we here for the etape.

The only thing that could have made our stay better was the washer/dryer unit. This just needs to be mentioned to help travelers prepare. We had taken enough clothes for about a week, but stayed 2 weeks in Scotland. So we needed to do laundry and this apartment, halfway through our trip, was the answer. But the washer/dryer unit has a very small capacity and a 4-hour cycle. At the end of the cycle, our clothes were still not even close to being dry.we ended up hanging as much as we could on the towel bar, and I got up in the middle of the night to start a 2nd load.

Excellent location with everything you'll need for a stay near Inverness. Felt very home-y, like we were staying at a friend's house and not just a random apartment. Very nice furnishings, decorated in a warm and caring way.

Great design with very high quality materials used (natural wood, wool, etc). Even the fudge the host left us as a welcome gift was very high quality. Floor heating, heated towel rack, washing machine, dishwasher, every kitchen utensil you could want, fluffy bathrobes, etc. Parking was great and the checkin/checkout process straightforward. Bed was comfy as was everything else in the apartment. It was by far the best accomodation we had in Scotland.

I do wish some sharper knives had been available. The laundry/dryer unit took quite some time to dry and was fairly loud. We also occasionally had some difficulty with the toilet running. Overall, this was a lovely place.

This was such a pretty apartment unit with large windows. It was clear that a lot of thought had been put into decorating it. The bed and bedding was very comfortable in the bedroom, and the heated bathroom floors were fabulous. The location worked well for us, being a short walk over the bridge to get to the main town. Parking was convenient. I loved the little touches like the cute egg cup holders and plates, and the Scottish fudge (delicious!). I also really appreciated that a very good hairdryer was provided. All of this combined to make the stay feel that much more luxurious. We had very quick replies to our request to leave our car for a bit longer while we explored, and the property manager was very accommodating in this regard.

The heating capacity of the apartment is undersized for cold days. The outside temperature was around 4°C and we were unfortunately freezing in the apartment. There was no possibility to further increase the temperature of the radiators. The water temperature of the shower was not stable and changed from hot to cold and vice versa

Instead of bubbly would have preferred pint of milk and some teabags Livingroom was very cold, was sat with quilt from bed over us.

Fantastic location, great base for local attractions. Owners also own Mustard Seed Restaurant which would highly recommend Spotlessly clean Nice bottle of bubbly on arrival

The apartment was so unique and full of character that our daughter loved the loft bedroom; she didn't want to leave. It's great to have some board games available. The location was perfect, with the main areas being within walking distance. We will be coming back, as we only stayed one evening.

The decor was superb in the "Running Hare" room.Very cute but subtle rabbit/hare images in textiles (and the cutest rabbit egg cups!). Very luxurious but also relaxed style. Smeg fridge for a pop of colour. Cosy bed and reading nook with abundance of cushions and beautiful finishes.

Very minor detail is all the doors in the apartment are fire doors and our youngest struggled with these and they were heavy and loud and she has sensory issues.

It is a beautiful building and the location is fabulous.

The main bedroom is a bit snug (and with the fire doors needing to be closed, this means no real air circulation in the tight space). Still a very comfortable space, with a lovely bed / decor / space

The location is quite close to the city centre - while still being in a quieter location. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities - including a washing machine, which was very helpful as we were about halfway through our travels. The apartment is also beautifully furnished and decorated, felt very comfortable and Christmassy. Looks exactly like on the pictures.

The location is very close to the city center and to all the amenities. Wonderful for a short walk to the Ness River and the city center. Convenient parking within premises. Spotless cleanness and wonderful modern apartment. Easy check in process. Would go back again.

This property is an exceptionally high standard and the hosts highly friendly and professional. The lights were on for us when we arrived, the place was lovely and warm and facilities absolutely the best you could ask for. Parking was easy and there were EV charging points available although on this occasion we didn't need them. The furnishings are superbly comfortable and high end.

The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect for a stay in Inverness with great restaurants, theatre and walks nearby. The apartment we were in at the rear of the building felt 'like home' instantly. It was lovely, cosy and comfortable with great facilities and lovely little bits and pieces. We look forward to staying again.
