Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomI was a bit disappointed with our family room and 'garden view'. I booked the hotel because I liked the querkiness of all the rooms and the bright colours so I was very surprised when we walked into our beige family room with a view of the back of the building and a patio area.
The location was great, car park round the corner was helpful and it was a good price for me and my family. The facilities were good and modern.

I liked it was walking distance to the town centre and the the B&B had it's own coffee shop. The staff were also kind enough to let me keep my suit case safe in a room after I checked out so I could have one last day in the town before going home.

United KingdomDigital key for the room didn't always work but did eventually. The light bulb on the sidelight near the bedroom door wasn't working and the hairdryer stopped working. Not having staff contact 24/7.
Excellent location and amazing sea views. Beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable bed. Quiet despite being on the main road. Quality towels and toiletries. Clear instructions for TV, DVD and projector. Even books provided. The concierge was very helpful providing a front door key fob and a replacement hairdryer.

United KingdomThe view from our room was pretty poor, overlooked the rear yard but nothing to put you off. The only downside to this property is the lack of a breakfast but you know that in advance.
Location was excellent, room was very large, very well decorated, shower room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The two free sticks of rock were a very nice surprise.

The B&B was absolutly immaculately clean. Room was lovely, beds were lovely and comfortable as was the bedding. Very well situated for what we were looking for. The gentleman on reception was very helpful and informative also very polite. Little postcard and art B&B stick of rock was a lovely touch.

United KingdomThere was no lift to go the the top floors. But if you are out most of the day and do not run up and down the stairs its fine. There was no AC but a fan was provided. However the fan had too much dust accumulated to even switch it on.
Location was good by the sea. Staff was very helpful. Room was very big and spacious and had a good themed colourful decor. The bathrooms were small compared to the room but were good and clean.

Lady owner was so lovely and really went above and beyond for us and recommended a great fish and chip shop which is a 5-10 minute walk and probably the best fish and chips we have had! We love the hotel we’ve stayed there a few times it’s a lovely hotel and the staff are helpful and friendly. It’s just a few blocks from the Soul Suite which is where we like to go. The beach is just across the road it’s a perfect location for us. Also there is a lovely little cafe there run by very friendly people we look forward to visiting again
